Little shout out to the staff at the North Kingstown location! Super clean and friendly environment. For the first time in actual years I haven't had to ask for things a second time and the food is always hot and cheesy (just the way I like it). Keep it up guys, we appreciate all your work!!

Ed new general manager he’s taken oven and really made changes he has made DOMINO’s GREAT AGAIN, food quality and consistency better than ever fast service, but most importantly besides the food being good great customer service. Reminds me of Patrick swayze in roadhouse he’s cleaned the place up single handly. Hired new people, fired the bad ones, retrained existing employees, good signing by dominos give this guy a contract extension and his own parking space with his name on it.

I just tried calling o place an order for delivery and it was cancelled. If the store is closed then so should online ordering
So after receiving the incorrect order I would like to share with the owner of the store how his management is handling customers!! I was told after I had explained that my order was incorrect and that this has happened now almost close to 10x in my last orders that if the orders aren’t being made correctly to stop ordering!! So I’m confused because it it all written down when the order comes in, then the order is suppose to be checked prior to handing to the customer that I now know none of this is being done! I expect a higher up to reach out to me as I myself am a food/business owner correct me if I’m wrong but if customers don’t place orders with your business than the business won’t be able to afford to operate and pay employees! I am beyond shocked that I was even told this by a employee and this is unacceptable and I would like someone to correct the situation on the treatment from staff thank you.

We always go to this place to buy, we live in Exeter and it is the only one nearby and it is strange when we don't have change, I think Domino's has to have change because they send you to make change somewhere else when we are consuming their product. They hire people with bad moods, how bad.🤨

I called the store twice and they hung up on purpose twice when i asked the status of my delivery, because it had been over an hr since i ordered and the app still said quality check. Very unprofessional could have at least told me something instead of hanging up.

To say I’m disappointed and dissatisfied is an understatement. Was wondering why our delivery came so fast. Pizza was SEVERELY undercooked and we even went to cook it ourselves and it just gave us a stomach ache. Disappointed because I really wanted to like this location seeing the last time we ordered it was TOP TIER. What happened?
