Awful! Supposed to deliver directly to my front door, but driver left on back stairs. Freezing cold food. I didn't put contactless... and no call telling me it was out there. I would call but according to these reviews, I'd basically get no where. NEVER

Not wasting my time ever again especially with the way I was spoken to.. I hope you choose to not waste yours either!! I ordered through the app and it said it was “delivered”. I was out my window checking for the driver. I never even seen the driver drive by my house. Come to find out, they had delivered it to the wrong address. I contacted dominos, Stacey the person whom I spoke didn’t know how to use her words. Was VERY rude. It was like talking to a toddler!!! First she tells me she’s going to have the driver go pick up the pizza where they dropped it off at. I flipped out! Like, idk these people my order was dropped off to! Lord knows how many people laid hands on my food!! Suddenly she fixes herself and says “No way” “No! We will never do that” smh I was SO mad!!!! Never ordering again! So many other pizza spots around us and we figured, why not? I was very surprised because I never had an issue ordering from there prior to this!!Ps.. I didn’t even touch the pizza when redelivered to me. I don’t trust it. Especially with the way I was spoken to & to think she’s the “store manager”

My past two orders have been undercooked(even when ordered well done) and have been skimpy on toppings, ordered extra sausage and still got less than what a normal order should have been, used to be great, but has gone down hill considerably.

They haven’t cooked their pizza and their cheese bread sticks the right way in a very long time, I am no longer ordering from them. The food is disgusting. I ordered something and they messed up on my order one time, they gave me the wrong item and the so call manager gave me an attitude and try to say that I did get the right thing and that the item was pre-cooked and why would it be nasty or raw, that it should not be nothing raw. I had ordered my order trough online and payed for my services to get delivered and when they messed up on my order. #1. They gave me an attitude and thought I was lying#2. She said she can’t deliver the item they messed up on , because they were so busy, so they were not able to deliver it to my location. She told me to come pick it up myself. I told her if I order online is for a reason that’s so I won’t have to go and pick it up anymore so I am not going to that store and pick it up. She refused to deliver it on the same day and said well I’ll put you on the book. And once you order another time, we will send that to you. Never again , am I ordering from that store in North Kingstown. SMH ?♀️

Most of the food is average and hard to mess up, but the pizza is constantly a sloppy undercooked doughy mess. Ordered a simple pepperoni pizza well done, and what showed up was hardly edible. Last time, it was also undercooked but also missing sauce for some reason. Disgusting. Will not be ordering pizza from this location again.

They fired my daughter after finding out she had special needs. It's been 4 months and they're still refusing to even give her her check from when she worked...I mentioned this to her support team and more than one person said, "yeah, we have other autistic clients with similar experiences at that store."
Tried to question on line specials, hot nothing but attitude. When product came out and I explained we had wanted a thin crust, was told that's what we ordered and she walked away. I am in the customer service business, and I know the stress of retail, buy a small amount of conversation and understanding goes a long way. Very, very disappointing experience

Horrible customer service . Some lady was very rude . I called in because they delivered my food to the wrong address . They placed another order after giving me attitude and the pizza was thrown together , not sliced and my cinnamon twist was thinner than usual and tasted more like plain dough. For the past few months there is always issues with my order . Definitely finding another pizza place .
