i had a horrible experience the manager jon was extremely rude and disrespectful! hes very disrespectful to staff AND customers i will NOT be returning to this location. why dont they find a manger with some human decency.

Usually a regular at this Dunkin but tonight never again, the staff are young and incapable, as someone who is a restaurant manager I’ve never seen a staff run so terribly. 2 coffee ONE wake-up wrap, 15 minutes on JUST THE SANDWICH inside the restaurant at 445 pm. The kid making the sandwich throwing bags of food to the drive thru dropping it on the ground and still serving to customers, the store was messy staff running around but not a whole lot of work being done. Absolute chaos, the manager in charge of this store needs to sit down and review the night camera. I’ve never in the history of Dunkin had such an issue, no apologies just food tossed over at us and told have a good night: mind you they didn’t even know we had ordered food they didn’t know where it went. Had to “ remake “ it.

other than the 5 minute+ drive thru line this Dunkin is amazing, whoever speaks on the speaker is very personable and kind, and the young man at the window was especially sweet! Food was amazing and prepared with love which cant be said for most!! Best food I've had made at Dunkin in years.

When I got there, there were more employees than customers , they all look busy, but twice try to the attention of one them , but all I got was a look like if I was invisible, thankfully a girl with good eyesight took my order, hopefully next time in the area I find something better.

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable adventure to guess one of the fastest places in Rhode Island to get coffee.
I asked for no whipped cream, and they brought out whipped cream on it anyways. I asked kindly to remake it and she handed it back in less than a minute. She literally just mixed it together…..Im allergic to whipped cream so thanks for that drive-thru lady…..I came by at 12:15

this dunkin continues to disappoint me. i always try to give them the benefit of the doubt but i will not be returning here again. the coffee is always AWFUL. it is dark and bitter and i cannot drink it. and it comes out like this every time. wish i could give this place 0 stars just for the coffee they serve. i’m surprised they actually think it’s okay to serve coffee that looks/tastes like that.
