This Dunkin may be a training store. The only person here that looks over 21 is the manager ( who is a gem ). That said, it's clean, the staff does pretty well (most of the time). The only thing I will say is to check your order before you leave, if there is a mistake they are quick to correct.

Stand waiting for a coffee, they can’t make right. 6 people standing around. Is a large mocha cream to difficult to handle. Don’t even want to drink it, but not going back in dealing with that! Do yourself a favor drive past!

This dunkin is always slow. Forgetting Expensive add ons and not following simple instructions. I will be changing my morning dunkin. And don’t bother trying to get a large cup of water. You can’t even pay for 2 to get a large cup. If I’m paying for the tap water to begin with, I should be able to get a large cup. I also worked at 2 locations and never heard of such cheap policies.
When I make a mobile order for this location, the coffee is always low. This one is the worst yet! Not only was the cup only half full, it just tastes like a straight black coffee! I do not like black coffee, which is why I ordered a mocha. This needs to be fixed, I'm paying for a medium coffee, and I expect a full cup! I've always loved Dunkin, the food is always good, but this is so disappointing.

The food is always made fresh no complaints besides the occasional mess up on your coffee. The staff is very friendly, patient & helpful, especially the night crew. No complaints about this Dunkin so far & I have been going here 6 years. Good Dunkin overall & definitely would recommend.

5 times out of 10 they forget the flavoring in my coffee. If i wanted a plain coffee I'd get one for 99 cents at Cumbies. Not 3.09 for a SMALL that tastes terrible.
