This is our favorite Dunkin’ location in the entire region of Philadelphia, where we live. We travel extra distance to get to it instead of going to the one closest to our home. The staff are amazing, always greeting us by first name, always chatting with us, and most importantly, they serve our items to us accurately! The drinks are stirred so that the flavors are blended, which is definitely an issue we have at other locations. Clean, efficient and easy to park location. Five star review for owner and employees here.

this is quite literally the most inconsistent dunkin’ donuts in rhode island, either the service is great or terrible, the food is fresh and hot or freezing cold and stale. It seems as tho everything is better when they are super busy but I honestly don’t know.

I have had the opportunity to purchase dozens of donuts and boxes of coffee from this location this week. Marie and the team are absolutely incredible. Their speed, efficiency, and customer service are out of this world. I'm really impressed by how they hand the morning crowd and how personal my experience has been. They have kept the team I'm working with fed and happy.I'll be back tomorrow and many more times in the future.

I always use the drive in there and I usually am serviced fast. I don't care what location it is, coffee is never done exactly the way I like it, but they always give me a couple extra sugar packets if I ask! And with a smile!

You're coffee is correct 20% of the time, flies all over the donuts, staff really could care less that you are there paying for a service and tipping them they just brush you

I bought two coffee cake muffins and they were both stale.
I go here all the time because it's close to my house. Inside and drive thru some of the worst costumer service I've ever seen. They always always always some how mess up my order when I get the same thing every-time. I'm fed up and now going to get coffee somewhere else. I'd recommend driving further if you have to rather than stopping at this Dunkin. They will make your order wrong.

The most incompetent people work here. They have messed up my order literally every single time, I'll go back to have them re-make it and somehow they still mess it up. I worked at a dunkin for two years, it is the easiest job. If you can't make a cup of coffee you need help. Super rude too. They need to go back to school or something. Don't go here worst dunks in the whole state.

So sick of Dunkin Donuts! They are always out of stock of muffins and donuts. The donuts lack a decent amount of frosting and are never freshly made anymore. The bagel bites were cold in the middle. The line is long and service is poor. I am done patronizing Dunkin anymore, they have become too big and their recipes have deteriorated. ?
