I had a hell of a day and decided to fold and just get pizza for dinner. I decided to go out of my way to get some twisted, it had been a while since I had their pizza. I ordered a large pepperoni with extra cheese and a small pineapple pizza. It was $35 for the two and in the grand scheme of things I didn’t really care about the cost, I knew the pizza would cure my bad day as it has in the past. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money. The pizza was dry, you could see more sauce and bread than cheese ( and I paid a hefty fee for extra cheese) the crust was burnt and so was the bottom. While the restaurant smelled lovely and was decorated in a fun fall/halloween theme, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. It wasn’t just one of the last orders of the night, it was my saving grace to try and recoup after a long stressful day. Do better guys.

Order a large pizza and you get more crust than pizza. This is a consistent theme here and disappointing.

Place use to be good when the parents ran it.large subs are small and overpriced..26 bucks for a large Italian and a large fry.sandwich seamed small.i measured it 9 inch.

Awesome everything Folks! All the restaurants they have do an awesome job..food is great and people are great. This is a must try even if you are just passing by. Please give them a shot. And BTW get a meatlovers absolutely 💯 Bomb...talk to ya soon ohhh crispy

If can’t make on time. Then don’t expect orders. Waited over 1 hour and say still need wait 60-90 minutes. You guys so good. Good job.

My experience with Filippou’s Pizza through DoorDash was disappointing and frustrating. We placed an order with the expectation of timely delivery, as advertised within 35-45 minutes. However, shortly after placing our order, we received a call stating they couldn’t deliver and could only offer pickup or transfer the order to Twisted Pizza. Opting for pickup meant an extended wait time of 45 minutes to an hour, which already exceeded the original delivery promise. Alternatively, transferring the order to Twisted Pizza would have stretched the wait to an hour and a half.

What compounded the issue was the inability to cancel the order directly with Filippou’s Pizza. Despite their acknowledgment of a staffing shortage, which they attributed to the delivery issue, they insisted we contact DoorDash for any cancellation and refund requests, and they could only be called to do so. This lack of direct accountability was frustrating, especially since it was their decision to accept orders on DoorDash without adequate delivery resources.

While I understand staffing challenges can occur, transparency and effective customer communication are crucial in managing such situations. Unfortunately, this experience left us with a sense of inconvenience and a perception of unreliable service. We understand that they are short staffed, but management should have taken the DoorDash store down for delivery then, rather than promise a service they can’t provide.

Every time I order from there, either over the phone or internet, they fail to include the sauce. Which they charge for, btw. So for that reason, I give one.
Pizza is great.
Might forget to cheese grinders too. Got that a few times.

Amazing pizza! Just moved into town and have been shopping around for a local. Jesus this place is delicious, quick delivery and simply incredible pizza.

Big props to the lads in the back just absolutely giving it 110% on a Tuesday.
