Great, classic family spot in North Kingstown. My little girl and I absolutely love it there, and Vanessa always takes great care of us. I used to go there when I was a kid and up through high school, so it’s a cool feeling bringing my own little girl there.

Just ordered pick up on the website. Clear and concise directions on how to make a simple salad yet every option I did or didn’t want was the opposite of what I selected. Piss poor service and effort. Also the hostess was as enthusiastic as a rock and just a terrible experience all around. I did not leave a tip for this exact reason right here.

Food was not really that good, and the service was terrible. It took them a long time to give us our drinks and our food. This place can get crowded but not much.

Very prompt service and friendly waitstaff. Food was quite good and the cobb salad I had was more than what I could eat in one sitting, had to take some leftovers home.
Parking: Restaurant is in a small shopping center and uses a shared parking lot, but normally no issue with parking.

The inside was clean and well kept. Service was a bit shaky. We ordered two awful awfuls and it took the young lady a long time. She was spilling stuff all over the place, seemed very confused. I am guessing she was new and unsupervised too soon? Unfortunately the drinks were fully melted or too much milk was used. This was my first time going to this location. The Cranston store is always good. Maybe I'll give it a second try at some point but right now I can't recommend this location.
My experience was bad. I ordered a classic Sunday with extra nuts on the side. I was brought my ice cream and toppings with whipped cream in a dish that was too small. While I was looking for my nuts, a lot of my ice cream spilled onto the table. There were no nuts.

This Newport creamery is so sad, the service is terrible. Last time we tried to get a quick lunch we sat for over 10 min with no one coming to our table. The diners around us were walking back to the kitchen to try to find someone to help them. One diners soup was brought to the table cold and the waitress offered to microwave it. Will not go back.

My girlfriend recommended this restaurant I was very impressed with the options they have here. The fried chicken sandwich with the curly fries is top notch it's definitely up there with the Popeyes the Chic Fil La's of the world. It was seasoned very well and very juicy. I definitely will return back when I move to Rhode Island next spring.
