It’s a go to for my grandchildren & I. Tried this Newport Creamery. I have the food a 4 because it’s not a 5. Their ice cream is awesome though.

Talk about awful-awful service. Took forever for drinks to come out. Food takes a while but that’s ok. Food was good minus burnt pancakes. Saw a gentleman get told he can sit in the corner by one server and the other server didn’t greet him for over 15 minutes. Guy didn’t even have a menu and sat there in silence waiting. Been there a few times trying to give it a chance, but service is lacking for sure. I used to work at a breakfast place with two servers on but we still managed to give good service with a full restaurant and not keep patrons waiting forever.

Eggs were supposed to poached inside was over cooked like a jard boiled egg without a shell and half the pancake wa burnt
My friend and I meet for breakfast at the North Kingstown Newport Creamery once a month to catch up. Breakfast is always yummy! We both highly recommend the senior Belgium waffle with bacon.😋 In fact, the minute we walk in, Mary, our server, immediately remembers what we order...right down to which of us orders decaf coffee and who orders regular! Who does that?She is totally awesome! We are never rushed. We can just take our time and enjoy a lovely visit! There are certainty other breakfast spots we can meet for our monthly visit but we wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else! Thank you Mary for always being so fabulous! We also want to send a shout out to Carol, another amazing member of the NK NPC staff, who has also been our server! She's fantastic! Finally, hats off to Sue, the manager! In a world full of negativity, it's refreshing to know that there are still people who make a positive impact on your day. Thanks to you all! We'll see you next month!

Y’all aren’t wrong for hating waiting 40 mins for food, I worked there and had to run food, make ice creams and bring drinks for other peoples tables while dealing with my own because they were out smoking in the back, they would literally ask me to watch for their food while they smoke and asked me to bring it out if it comes up, but who gets the tip? Them 👍🏼

I came in to order takeout and took fifteen minutes just for them to notice that I was there. After about another five minutes, someone finally took my order.They said I would take a miller, ten fifteen minutes to come out.
