This is a favorite local place that we haven't been to in years but chose for a birthday celebration with dear friends. What a treat! The pizza is excellent: gorgeous crust, savory toppings, and just the right size to fill up at the restaurant but have some to bring home. I finally got to have their specialty dessert, which is a favorite of mine and which I haven't had in years: homemade butterscotch pudding. Trust me when I say it is to die for. The ambience is casual and comfortable, and the service from Cam (I think I heard his name right) was top notch. This place is a gem!

If I could give this zero stars I would. My family and I decided to eat at the NORTH KINGSTOWN Providence Coal Fire Pizza tonight and it was such an awful experience. We sat and waited for someone to come take our drink order for at least 15 minutes. I would totally understand if the place was packed however it was dead. A woman finally came over and took our order, and while she made it seem like it was an inconvenience we just chalked it up to her having a long day. My drink came back with black specs floating in it and what I can only describe as moldy hair inside the ice. It was so disgusting, and most definitely from an uncleaned ice machine. When the waitress came back I told her, and any considerate person would apologize and ask if I wanted something else to drink. She did not. She snatched it up and walked away without a word. After she brought our food over she did not return. This was such a strange experience, because I usually love going to this location. It's safe to say however, after this experience I will be going to the Providence location from now on. When the bill got brought to us the lemonade with the floating mold and black specs was on it!! After this type of service I didn't expect anything different. I paid for it because I knew she'd never come back to the table again. Go to the Providence location people. The staff there is so welcoming and the restaurant is very clean.

We got a meat lover's pizza, and it was pretty tasty. However, two things: first, management needs to review their reservation policy. When we got there, the place was about 1/3 full, and the hostess stated that all the rest of the seats were reserved. We went back to our vehicle and made an online reservation for 45 minutes later. We were parked right across the entrance and watched while we waited. A few people arrived, but nowhere was the amount needed to fill all the tables. When we did go back in, the place was only a little more than half full. With that many people not showing up, the reservations should have been voided after 10-15 minutes of not showing up for walk-ins like us. Secondly, the pricing is very disportionent. You get a medium pizza for the price of a large. We're sorry, but that doesn't make us want to return. Bad enough, every place charges way too much as it is for a 16oz glass of beer ($8.00) and cocktails ($13.00), but luckily, our server was very personable.

The chicken wings and pizza was delicious! We had a wonderful waitress. I requested a quiet table as I am severely hearing impaired. I was pleasantly surprised I was accommodated with a booth tucked away from the main dining room. It was perfect!! Thank you!

I went on a Wednesday night. The chicken wings were amazing! Great crisp and seasoning. The gluten-free pizza was sooo good. Our server had terrific customer service. Trivia night was fun and engaging. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I highly recommend a night out at Providence Coal Fired Pizza in North Kingstown.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free pizza

This was my first time trying coal fired pizza and it was not disappointing at all. I had the pepperoni and Italian sausage pizza and it was delicious. Along with the trivia they have in the restaurant, it is a very enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere.

Pizza was very good. My 6yo. prefers a more traditional pizza. Small menu. No kids menu. Clean and spacious atmosphere. Service was ok. Nice restaurant just fell a bit short for me.

We’ve had our family Christmas party here two years in a row and we love it! We are given an entire separate area of space with set up dining tables and plenty of seating. We were able to bring our own food and we ordered from their menu and it was amazing. We always love their pizza and salad. Prices are reasonable and the whole menu is available. The service is great and very prompt. TVs are in the room too for watching football. We usually have between 20-30 people between kids and adults. Kids love it because they can run around while the adults sit, drink and enjoy!
