I don’t like any business that charges extra for using a card. I almost understand the credit card thing but to charge extra on a debit card that doesn’t affect them is very low. I get it but Iggy’s isn’t too far and dominos prices are better one last thing why no soft serve coffee ice cream?

Ice cream was decent. How are you going to have 1 person working on a 90 degree Sunday? 10 people waiting on line in the sun while 1 employee struggles to serve everyone … poor management.

I ordered two milk shakes and a soft serve ice cream with colored sprinkles to go. She make the soft serve first and then took forever to make one milk shake at a time. By the time she was done the soft serve cup was soup and dripping all over the place. They have no to go containers to carry things away. Ended up tossing the soft serve because it was dripping everywhere. Not sure if I will give them another try. Im giving them a three in the food section because my sons said the milk shakes were good.

Waited 30 mins. Friend ordered maple ice cream, strawberry topping with nuts. Was first told they couldn’t mix flavors. Huh??? Then after arguing with the very confused girl, she got her sundae with hot fudge. No one mentioned hot fudge. So she asked her to redo it. She waited another 15 mins and then got in the car. I asked her if they had to milk the cow to get the ice cream it took so long. She opened her container and had strawberry ice cream with strawberry topping, no nuts. We already spent enough time there… someone needs more training…

Girl was twirling her hair playing with her phone and didn't even notice us. We got back in our car and left. She is busy working her 2nd job probably.Management should be concerned.

Good location for a hot day quick stop.But that's about it for pros.The cons? - they serve Gifford's ice cream, which you can buy at any store. Nothing homemade about it. Artificial flavors, too sweet, preservatives.We asked for gelato to avoid it, and what we got in the cup was definitely Gifford's ice cream :(Of 4 umbrellas 2 were broken, so no shade.
