Normally I’m a fan of Wendy’s. But the service in the drive-thru here was quite rude and disrespectful. I don’t recommend this Wendy’s.
Extremely slow line. Maybe one car gets through every five minutes. Unfortunately the way the line works, the landscaping prevents you from leaving. Worst Wendys I've ever seen. Staff is rude too.

This wendy’s is completely fine except the fact that the nuggets are kept in a very sketchy little drawer for who knows how long and are guaranteed to be very stale and hard. Never fresh don’t bother with them save yourself

Food was unbelievably cold. I work in fast food and their isn't a way that their hot holding was on. Please do better it's not that hard to keep your food hot for a few seconds.
Food is always hot and frrresh...service is very quick and easy...and most Wendy's are the same great hot food..and quick service

Everything was dirty
Ordered a Daves single with just ketchup & mayo - no cheese, allergic to onion & pickles & it was loaded-- thanks I had to use my epipen

My daughter is trying to collect the frosty fright figures, so I have been buying her kids meals. I came to this Wendy’s and was given already open frosty fright figures. Obviously an employee is opening these to find the chase variants. Very unprofessional to be cheating children like that.
Food was as expected, which means good burgers. I was happy to see healthy salad options available, and the apple chicken was very good. Staff were nice, but incompetent. Typically this is the result of poor management, though I do understand staffing a fast food restaurant is difficult. Also keep an eye on your order, because DoorDash is allowed to take what they want and may take your order by mistake. Again, this goes right back to management.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this visit to Wendy’s was beyond frustrating. I waited in line for so long, and the line barely moved. The staff seemed disorganized, inattentive, and made no effort to acknowledge the long wait or apologize for the delay.
When I finally got to the counter, there was zero sense of urgency or courtesy. No smile, no “sorry for the wait,” nothing. Is this the standard of service now. Fast food shouldn’t feel like a test of patience

Painfully slow line. Slow enough that I had the time to wait five minutes, decide to park my car in line, open Google maps, look up the Wendy's, rate the restaurant, type all this, and still the line hasn't moved at all. Worst still is they have a raised grassy area so you can't leave once you're trapped in the line.

Disgusted. Kiosk only and as I see i wasn't the only one. They said no cash purchases. Even if I order at the kiosk you have to take my cash. I have a 10 foot work truck so I cannot go through the drive through. Seems this Wendy's is losing a lot of money considering a majority of people at 1215 are people driving those tall vehicles at work and need lunch and have to go in. To refuse me because I have cash is crazy. In the time it took for him to talk nasty to me and tell me to get lost, he could've taken my money for the order. Well, I'm off to ACTUALLY do job!

I got a number seven and have been shitting for 48 hours straight. I have not been this sick with food poisoning since I went to a Bummy Chinese restaurant. I could never imagine the torment and stress that this burger has put on my body, honestly at this point I wanna sue

Seems like I got food poisoning from their salad after buying it from a very lazy young staff member who wouldn't even look at me when she tossed me the receipt.
