Great food and great atmosphere. Service was excellent, but the portion sizes weren't up to par in comparison to the pricing. Great ambiance and resort to visit

10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR WEEKENDS! I had my birthday there in a weekday and it was vibes fr but not busy which is definitely understandable! Food is a must there great eats never will be disappointed and great spots for pictures too! Waterfall over there sign with nature leaves around it the booth and tables are cute and servers and runners are so nice and thoughtful! They will play music of what u def expecting birthday songs and all!!! So much of a surprise

I had my birthday party here. It was so much fun! The music, the food the ambience was great. The staff was amazing. Myself and all of my guests enjoyed everything about 787 restaurant lounge if you're looking for a place to get dressed up have a good time good food dance this is the place!

Let me say the food was amazing the taste the seasoning so good everything we got was amazing but one thing the service was worst I ever had the waitress took forever and it was not busy only 4 tables of people in the whole restaurant she to busy talking to one table the whole time

I had reservations and had to wait outside in the freezing cold 40 mins then once seated we waited 45 minutes for a waitress to even bring us water and only because i went to the bar and asked if anyone was coming and the amazing bartender was very nice and took our table even though it wasn't her tables. She was great but very busy at the bar so we suffered the lack of attention and service we needed. Food was good but pork was cold . Drinks ok

The seating that was given to sit was very uncomfortable no leg room very small seating no place to put your jacket. you have to hold it on your lap well you try to eat .maybe if I had a different table would've been a different experience thinking using this app would give you a better seating arrangement but that's not the case probably better just walking in last min

It's always a pleasure to go and enjoy my night at 787 restaurant. The food, the service and everything is 10/10 ☺️ I love Puerto Rican food and culture

Appetizers were phenomenal; monfinguitos with shrimp and tostones locos covered in steak. The chuleta can can could have been better.

Had a similar experience with the bill from the previous post. Went to 787 about a month ago with my sisters and had a nice dinner, the music wasn’t too loud at the time as it was around 5:30p-6:00p. Our food and drinks were pretty good. However when it came time to pay, we noticed a service fee of 20% of our check. We questioned it because there was only four of us and usually the bill doesn’t reflect and include a tip unless there’s more than eight persons to a table. When we asked the server if this was the tip he said no it was the “tip” for the back of the house staff. That was his explanation.

So, instead of giving the server a really good 22-25% tip, which we were prepared to do, we paid the bill with the 20% service fee and left the server $15.

So people are expected to pay that 20% fee and also tip to the server?…. I’m sorry 787, but you need to do better. This is the first time I had been in a restaurant that charged a service fee that wasn’t the tip.

This place ten out of ten the vibes was great the DJ was soooo good!!! He played a little bit of everything food was great!!! We will definitely be back
