I've been many times and love the food here. Also a great price. BUT... they have messed up our orders multiple times in the past. Once I ordered a quesadilla via delivery and got a very bland steak sandwich. I called in to let them know but nobody answered so I left a voicemail and never got a call back. This was a few years ago now, during Covid.Multiple times I ordered all sides with the quesadilla and didn't get the sides. I LOVE Baja's but I check the food EVERY TIME because it is wrong so often.

The quesadillas here are amazing and the horchata is the style that I've been trying to find for so exceedingly long and I couldn't - years even! To my surprise, they've had what I was looking for the entire time and I've driven by them for years without even realizing. It was random when my girlfriend at the time said that she wanted to try this restaurant. She insisted on intentionally mispronouncing it by saying bajas with the j. I highly recommend this location due to their quick service and polite demeanor.
I wasn’t sure what all the meats or sauces were and servers came across as being annoyed with me. I asked, a few times, for non spicy sauce. When I got home there were 3 containers of sauces so spicy I had to dump them out. Not very friendly and indifferent staff.

“Free chips and salsa with any burrito purchase Sunday thru Thursday 10 am to 4pm.” This is what the sign tells me. I stand in line and order my burrito. I told the second employee who completed my burrito I’d like a side of guac. He nodded and looked away and never provided my side. Then as I approach the cashier I told him I would like the chips and salsa deal. The cashier tells me today (Monday) the deal does not apply and that they can do the chips+salsa deal on Friday and Saturday (the days it does not apply). They would not receive this review if they honored the deal on the sign. Language barrier 100%
