Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve started coming to this location more frequently compared to the Branch avenue location. Sometimes the portions are good, it’s a hit or miss.

Employee at the register on her phone to busy texting, makes you wait to cash you out until she is done texting.

Just overall awful food , So I had gotten a burrito ! And when I had got home that night at the entire thing and immediately the next day when I woke up I was sick to my stomach talking diarrhea and throwing up unless you want food poisoning or to get sick I would steer very clear of this place otherwise you will indeed be shitting out water for 2 days straight unable to eat with back pain from the inconsistent and improperly cooked food !

I only go here a few times every couple of months but when i do the food is always cooked well, and they always have the dressing. Angie was awesome when i went and help me a lot. The only other chipotles i have been to are Attoboro, and gw highway in Lincoln. They both are not that good.

You’d think this would be the next best spot to get Chipotle than the one on Thayer but after only a few months I was wrong. Just the other day I chose Chipotlane pickup but alas-5 cars in front of me was a sight I had never seen before at this location so I braced myself for a mix-up or a major delay in my order. Sadly when I got home I did not receive the new CHC Burrito but an all veggies+queso (none ordered originally). Had to drive back to discover they could remake it with no refund when all I wanted was a refund. To add insult to injury the team at the lunch hour shift who had made my order first seemed to have left and a completely new and seperate team handled the remake. Have to write this to raise concern about the opposite of what I ordered was made! Sad but true-just a lazy spot for more workers to slack off.

There a male helping someone out that was nice but everyone else has an attitude and doesn’t know how to make a taco apparently. I pay extra for queso and get a dab of it on the middle of each taco and that’s it and whenever I come to this location there’s always something wrong.

They make better stuff than Baja's for way cheaper. That alone its a better buy for sure.

Don't like the food.

They give like no food they give u a little tiny scoop and it doesn't even take up half the bowl they charge u extra for stuff but they don't give extra. worst chipotle in rhode island you'll spend 20 dollars for half a bowl of food.

Absolute worst Chipotle.
Portions are tiny. Employees are rude.

Was charged over $33 for one average sized burrito today.

While ordering I said I wanted double protein - one portion chicken and one portion brisket.
But the server gave 2 portions chicken. I did not want that and did not order that. I asked for one scoop brisket to be added which he did.
The girl at the cash register did not know how to ring it up so the server came over. He said I did not charge you for double brisket. (i did not ask for nor did I get double brisket)
He finished keying in the order and abruptly walked away. It rang in at more than 33 dollars!!!
I asked how that was possible.

Instead of anyone explaining anything, the cashier rudely handed me my receipt. I told them I would never return and walked out.

Looking at the receipt, he rang up a brisket burrito for 14 dollars and then added 2 portions of chicken, and then an additional portion of brisket. I ordered one portion chicken and one portion brisket but paid for 2 portions of each which I absolutely did not get or want. I should have demanded a refund and left the burrito but I walked out. I am still angry at myself for allowing this to happen.

Bajas is just up the street and is much better, portions are larger and prices are reasonable. If you really prefer chipotle, go to Smithfield because the north providence store is the worst.

I have tried many times to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but each time is the same. Food is cold, station is dirty, employees are not friendly and unattentive. I tried to get delivery last night to see if there was any difference and spent $10 on a large queso and the container was a quarter full. The two burrito bowls I ordered had little to no meat and was not worth the $45 for everything. I will not be returning to this location.

Worst service ever . 11/7
Waited over 25 minutes for my food that was supposed to be done at 840PM waiting until 9:15 to get my order half wrong… please see CCTV . went inside and complained . The 2 girls stayed quiet . I was given the option for fresh fruit” for my 2 year old and was given a rotten orange ????? Upon given the brown squishy orange I was told “it was fresh from the walk in” my a**. Please email call and or text for a video because I have it all!
Don’t advertise fresh if it’s not. A Bunch of teenagers sat around and stayed quiet. Sad how that store is left alone. Especially at night. I will be in touch with a manger and or corporate tomorrow
