I went to purchase my chicken bowl with a small bag of chips. They said they could not and the woman who served me did not speak English and made the experience more difficult transaction. She he manger Jose and another woman named Aviana were very unwelcoming. I do not believe I will be back. They made me feel like I was wrong and not welcomed

No one ever acknowledges you when you're picking up an online order. The 20 people in line that walk in after you get their food faster. So why bother ordering ahead? You shouldn't!

I’ve started coming to this location more frequently compared to the Branch avenue location. Sometimes the portions are good, it’s a hit or miss.

Employee at the register on her phone to busy texting, makes you wait to cash you out until she is done texting.

Just overall awful food , So I had gotten a burrito ! And when I had got home that night at the entire thing and immediately the next day when I woke up I was sick to my stomach talking diarrhea and throwing up unless you want food poisoning or to get sick I would steer very clear of this place otherwise you will indeed be shitting out water for 2 days straight unable to eat with back pain from the inconsistent and improperly cooked food !

I only go here a few times every couple of months but when i do the food is always cooked well, and they always have the dressing. Angie was awesome when i went and help me a lot. The only other chipotles i have been to are Attoboro, and gw highway in Lincoln. They both are not that good.

You’d think this would be the next best spot to get Chipotle than the one on Thayer but after only a few months I was wrong. Just the other day I chose Chipotlane pickup but alas-5 cars in front of me was a sight I had never seen before at this location so I braced myself for a mix-up or a major delay in my order. Sadly when I got home I did not receive the new CHC Burrito but an all veggies+queso (none ordered originally). Had to drive back to discover they could remake it with no refund when all I wanted was a refund. To add insult to injury the team at the lunch hour shift who had made my order first seemed to have left and a completely new and seperate team handled the remake. Have to write this to raise concern about the opposite of what I ordered was made! Sad but true-just a lazy spot for more workers to slack off.

There a male helping someone out that was nice but everyone else has an attitude and doesn’t know how to make a taco apparently. I pay extra for queso and get a dab of it on the middle of each taco and that’s it and whenever I come to this location there’s always something wrong.

They make better stuff than Baja's for way cheaper. That alone its a better buy for sure.
