I have to wait so long for just a cup of coffee I normally go through drive up it takes so long for them to take your order then you have to wait another 15 20 minutes before you get it I had to leave 3 times this week took order then wasn't coming to the window good coffee but terrible!

Canceled my order without even telling me, Blamed Uber; when I contacted Uber they said the store directly canceled the order and is no longer accepting deliveries. The person on the phone didn’t even tell me this, like it’s not a big deal. You can just be honest… The lack of empathy for an early morning order was beyond me. Unfortunately, coffee connection has become very unprofessional over the years.

Love this place. Coffee is always delicious and so is the food. YES there is wait time and YES the drive thru line moves slow at certain times of the day. BUT!!!! The staff is friendly and welcoming and there are times that all I did was park and I walk in and my coffee is done n ready. Definitely recommend to any coffee lover to try this place!

So disappointed. Ordered 2 chicken salad wraps which used to be stuffed. These were mostly lettuce with very little chicken salad. Will not order again.

The food is always delicious from here and that’s why I return. What needs a LOT of work is the customer service. The staff are not welcoming and you are often ignored when you walk in- not acknowledged at all. When you do get helped, the staff seem eager to do anything BUT help you- not warm or friendly at all. The customer service always disappointing but the food keeps me coming back.

The quality has gone downhill it seems. The muffin I received was not only hideous but inedible. Dense and wet, perhaps wildly underbaked. The breakfast sandwiches and coffees were alright and the service was excellent
