I just went there to order a cinnamon raisin bagel Sunday morning at 8am. The place wasn't busy. No one in drive thru but me and I waited at least 7 minutes for a bagel. I didn't want it toasted so how long does it take to cut the bagel in half and put it in the bag? No customers inside. Why did it take so long?? I was on my way to work so time matters. Absolutely crazy.
When I opened the bag it was a stale plain bagel!! You don't know the difference between a cinnamon raisin bagel and a plain one??? Or you were out of cinnamon raisin and just threw a plain one in the bag???? Why not tell me???
I've been going there for years but this place has terrible service. No management and the young people working there are slow as snails.
My advice to the owner is maybe hire older people who want to work and pay them more money. This younger generation can't hustle.

I usually really enjoy Coffee Connection I’ve been going to the Cumberland location since high school. Unfortunately I won’t be returning anytime soon at least to the NP location I should say. I arrived at the drive through lane at 8:25 I waited about 10 minutes for my order to be taken. I then waited even longer at the window to get my food. After a few very rude interactions with the young staff at the window I was finally able to drive away with my iced coffee and bagel with cream cheese at 8:55. If you are unable to provide food in a time friendly manner then you don’t deserve to have a drive through window. I’m very disappointed. DO BETTER

Ordered online, walk in and my existence isn’t even acknowledged, had to leave or id be late for work
Came in the other day and noticed the manager treating his staff terribly the girls are always friendly and this older guy was not helping them instead just on his phone. I’ve been in there before and still the same thing and he talks to the gurls nasty I will no longer be coming here if that’s the owner and that’s how he treats his staff when they are trying there hardest. Terrible owners, mediocre overpriced food, not much good about this place you’ll be more satisfied at Dunkin not the girls fault there great but awful ownership.

I don't recommend to using this for anything more than a drive-thru. I can't speak for most of their fancier coffees, but a regular coffee from them compared to their other locations made me wish. I went to Cumberland farms instead. As far as seating for homework, their dining room is not set up for anyone to really do home with most of the seats being arranged rather close together as well as the Wi-Fi is quite poor would have been better off going to dunks

don’t go through drive thru just go inside because every time i come through the drive thru there’s an issue been waiting 30-45 min for two sandwiches by the time i got my food it was cold… best $20 i’ve ever spent 🙄

Love supporting local businesses, and I was in the area looking for a simple iced coffee. I walked in and was promptly greeted by a friendly staff member at the register, which was a great first impression. I ordered a medium iced coffee and looked forward to enjoying it.
However, the wait was unexpectedly LONG. After ordering, I ended up waiting over 10 minutes for my drink. A regular customer even suggested I take a seat and relax—which seemed like a casual heads-up that delays might be typical here. Guests who ordered after me were receiving their drinks before I did, though they too were waiting for a long time.
While the staff was kind and welcoming, there didn’t seem to be much urgency behind the counter. At one point, I noticed an employee checking their Apple Watch. which gave the impression that customer orders weren’t the top priority.
I’m not sure if they were short-staffed that day, but based on comments from other patrons, it sounds like slow service might be a recurring issue. I eventually had to ask for my coffee, which had apparently been pushed to the back of the coffee cup line.
This was my first visit to this location, and I do plan to give it another try. The vibe is friendly, the coffee is great, but the production process could really use some attention. Hoping to see improvement next time around!

I never leave any bad reviews but my smoothie was 95% ice… genuinely tasted like water. Im super dissapointed because ive always loved the smoothies at the other locations. Smoothies in general are very pricey which is the only reason im complaining. Waste of 8 dollars. Staff also spent more time talking loudly rather than helping any customers. If you want to go here, just drive the extra few minutes to a different location- its worth it.
I got here often. The coffee is sometimes burnt and the orders are not always correct. There is sometimes disconnect between the person taking the order at the drive-through, the person preparing the food, and the person you are paying. Drive up times can be slow. Not so good if you are in a hurry. The food is good and the service is always friendly. Prices are on the steep side compared to other coffee shops.

Great coffee and bagel! They also have a college student discount. The cashier wouldn’t even let me tip him because he discounted my food which was so nice! 10/10 place

Flabbergasted when I was wrung up with a $40 bill. Prices are outlandish! For coffee to go, just average, a smoothie, which didn't come out until after we finished eating, and my wife had to ask about. My wife got a ham & cheese croissant, and I had a BLT wrap. They didn't have the pita bread either. I'm really not impressed.
