DePetrillo's Pizza and Bakery

I will never be returning to this business again. My experience was absolutely unacceptable. Not only did they give me the wrong order, but when I had to come back—understandably upset to return what should have been correct in the first place—the staff was rude and defensive.

I had spoken with someone a week prior to ensure my order would be ready for Christmas Eve, yet when I arrived, the order was wrong. Instead of rectifying the situation professionally, I was met with horrible customer service and an owner who attempted to twist the situation and portray me as the antagonist. Their behavior was downright nasty, and when I defended myself, another customer even suggested that telling employees to do their job properly was “mean.” No, it is not mean—it’s an expectation.
Not to mention the young boy who answers the phone as if he just woke up from his nap. Unreal

If employees were properly trained and capable of fulfilling orders correctly, customers wouldn’t have to deal with these mistakes, let alone the unprofessional attitude that follows. It’s completely unreasonable to expect anyone to be happy about returning to fix a mistake that should never have happened. This was a horrible experience with rude, unprofessional people.

This place has the absolute best WHITE PIZZA STRIPS EVER!!!!! I usually don't do the strips but this place makes them really good!!!! I definitely recommend to people who like white pizza !!!

Pizza is horrible. Soggy dough , sower sauce, greasy. Calzones are ok but better at other bakery stores.bread is good. Pizza strips good chips are tough

the way they can better the place is don't be so slow, took my mom there one time we waited a half hour before we got waited on, they we're too busy talking to all the guys that came in, I thought this to be very rude, please take care of
