Horrible service! Cashier was pleasant. But the service horrible. I arrived at 6pm and ordered, the screen said my order would be ready in 10 min I waited, then the screen said my order was ready my order was deleted from the screen and waited 20 for my order which was never done! Instead asked for a refund and went to Pizza Hut!

Do not order food from here! I ordered a sandwich and found a piece of metal in my sandwich after the first bite. I called to complain and the manger’s response was “what do you want free food?” I escalated the call to headquarters and the owner had another manager call me the following day to inquire on the situation and insisted on picking up the metal piece. The individual came to my property and picked up the item, said they would look into the matter and let me know their discoveries and oferred free food, I obviously refused. It’s been over a month and till this day no response. The owner of this location owns other Dominoes in the Providence area. The owner should not be allowed to run any food based businesses, he has no concern for the well being of his customers! Needless to say I will never order from any Dominoes in the Providence area.

I had a couple of really bad experiences with this location. We were missing something from our order after delivery and when we called an employee said they were going to deliver the rest of the order but this never happened. ( No refund either )A while back we placed an order but after 2 hours waiting for it I called and cancelled the order and the money was refunded but the employee on the phone was rude.

I just want to warn people that they are committing credit card fraud and scamming people. If you've ordered from here lately and paid with card you should double check that your bank is reporting the same balance that you actually paid. Easy to verify if your order online.I usually pay with my debit card but ordered with paypal the other day. A couple of days later I got a notice from paypal that dominos had updated my balance. They'd "rounded" my bill up. I went through my order history and compared my bank statements, and it's the same thing. You order $18 worth of food (with tax) and after you pick your food up they tack on a couple extra dollars. Now, I ALWAYS tip well for delivery, but like most people I don't tip for takeout unless they're absolutely slammed with orders when I go in. The last time I paid at the store the person working there got nasty over not tipping, so I started paying in advance online. Well, it turns out when you pay online and they hand off the order in store they still have to "complete your order" in their system which would give you the ability to add a tip, but rather than having you make that choice yourself... the employees are just adding a couple bucks for themselves each time. According to my bank history it ranges from a couple cents to $12, and it seriously adds up.I've already started the fraud reporting process with my own bank and I recommend people check out their own bank history and pay in cash to avoid being stolen from as well. You may need to file a police report for your bank.

It takes a LOT to get me to write a review, any review. That being said, I have lived in this area for 4 years, and I am forced to get delivery from THIS Domino's. I don't order pizza often, usually only when I have friends or family over...but literally every single order I get from this specific Domino's has been screwed up. Either the pizza is undercooked in the middle, completely uncut, or burnt. Every time someone orders chicken, it is burnt or it has too little sauce or other toppings and looks like they threw it against a wall. The pasta is always over or undercooked. I mean, I just cannot justify coming here anymore, because it isn't just a one off thing, this is EVERY order. This is a consistent management level problem. The grunt level workers do not get paid enough for this to be their fault. I used to love Domino's, but this branch just blows. Avoid it if you can.

A couple of days ago the North Providence store on Mineral Spring Avenue messed up my order. I was offered a "free" pizza for the inconvenience. Tonight I was going to redeem the pizza, but I couldn't order it because in order for me to get the free pizza I had to place an order of more than $15. The pizza is not free if I have to buy other products to make up for the free pizza.

This specific store has screwed me over for the last time. Sad the amount of chances we gave them, just to be overcharged and screwed for the last time. 10/10 do not recommend unless you really enjoy being charged for items you repeatedly never receive. Accidents happen, but this happens every time. To the rectify the situation they do nothing.

The quality of their pizza increased dramatically and its reasonably priced, now if you get it delivered that's another story. The price changes dramatically

Staff was very friendly and order came quickly. Food was delicious as always. Could not ask for much more from a Domino's Pizza. The staff all looked like they were having fun while working, which created a warmer environment for the customers.
