This dunkin was great around 2 years ago. The staff was great, friendly and efficient. Now the staff is awful. They have a habit of not putting orders in the system, and instead try to make them by memory, which leads to them messing up my order almost every single time. The last 3 times I’ve visited I’ve taken maybe 3 laps around the drive thru to fix what they’ve done wrong. 2 years ago this wasn’t an issue.

This used to be my favorite Dunkin. I even had it as my favorite in the Dunkin app. For sometime now, the drive thru service is horrible. Today it took me 21 minutes to get to the intercom, had I not already ordered via the app, I would’ve left.
Management for this establishment should really try going ordering via the drive thru to understand what customers are going through.
Please do better.

People so rude
Plan on spending the day in line, oddly greeted when you arrive at the window, and a mediocre coffee, even by Dunkin’s standards when you leave. Every time I come here I think, “why didn’t I go a bit further to a different location”. It took me 30 mins in line today, and I would have left but I ordered through the app. Lesson learned.

just sat in drive thru for 30 minutes LITERALLY 30 MINUTES!!! had a mobile order so didnt want to leave as i already paid. saw people multiple times in front of me handing back their orders that were wrong. this is INSANE. never coming back here again.
Truthfully, I don’t know if I’ve ever written a review before, so that’s saying something already. This place was so infuriating. The long line didn’t bother me—I knew there would be some waiting and was content with that.
After getting to the intercom and placing my order for drinks and food, the woman on the other end spoke to me in the most rude way possible. She didn’t let me finish what I was requesting or even ask a question. After another five or so minutes, I pulled up to the window, where I was asked if my coffees were correct in the most rude tone. The person giving me my items through the window is occasionally nice, but today was absolutely rude. She didn’t say you’re welcome or anything polite, and didn’t respond to basically anything I said.
And to top it all off, once I received my meal and said thank you, she made a disgusted face,
(the kind of face you make when you hate someone.) Unfortunately, I don’t remember exactly what she said along with it, but it was so inappropriate for a drive-through interaction that I couldn’t stop thinking about it, which is why I’m writing this review.
Whether you believe it or not, I was nothing but polite the entire time and was trying to be understanding of the morning rush. There is absolutely no excuse, no matter how busy it is, to be that rude to a customer. Everyone works early in the morning YOU ARE NOT SPECIAL, and everyone deals with stress. Change your attitude and accept that you have to work, because unfortunately, that’s the way of life
But hey the coffees were made alright; though, they forgot the rest of meal!
Just fix the staff.

Super rude employees. Always get the wrong order. Never put napkins in the bag. Yeah I’m done with this place.
I go to this dunkin every morning 🌄 if the person that made my coffee doesn't make it right there's always another person willing and able to remake it the right way!!!! I am always leaving satisfie

I was there today around 1:15 PM and ordered a small hot latte with milk and one pump of caramel. They made wrong! I went back and asked them to fix it, PLEASE! But, of course, my latte was wrong again. I can never get my latte right at this location. I wish the employees would take into consideration that someone is paying for a drink and put in the effort and care when serving customers. I do not have the luxury to go to DD every day, and when I do, it feels like I’m throwing my hard-earned money away! I didn’t have the energy to go back again, so I just made myself a latte at home.
The workers were unable to handle the volume of customers, often leaving the counter unattended, causing the line to back up. Priority was given to the drive-thru and extending the counter wait even further. Being busy, I understand and can deal with. However, ordering a simple hot coffee then seeing the 8-10 people BEHIND me in line get their iced coffees and breakfast food while I wait on my coffee was unacceptable! That is being incompetent on top of being busy.

I ordered 4 egg and cheese wraps, munchkins and ice lemonade for kids. They forgot to make it. After 10 minutes when i asked about those they made me 2 wraps. I asked them I ordered four and they are showing weird attitude like they are giving me free. I paid for that food. Terrible service
