I went in the drive thru, ordered a medium frozen coffee with mocha and a sausage egg and cheese sandwich on a plain bagel, they charged me $14.17 which seemed high for 2 items since I've had this exact order before. I opened the app and recreated my order and it showed as $10.62. I'm wondering where the extra charge came from? Are they adding their own tip? Ringing in extra food? I conveniently wasn't given or even offered a receipt. On top of that I wasn't given a straw for my drink so I had to wait until I got home to use the straw from an old cup. Absolutely awful experience and a rip off...

We are from out of town and stopped at this Dunkin on a Sunday morning, following a holiday. The team must be working together well because everything was so quick AND, more importantnly correct! The person at the drive through was kind and very polite. At the window, Bonnie was great, and made sure we had everything. We never felt rushed, and the line moved so fast!

08/21/25 This morning I went into this establishment and was waiting at the counter to be served. One of the employees started asking the guy behind me what kind of coffee he wanted. I then loudly said “I’m not here” before I was asked if she could help me. At the end of my transaction I was not asked if I needed a receipt, she just threw it away. I had to ask for a receipt. This I’m positive was my last time doing business at this establishment. I’ve had a few other incidents here that left a bad taste in my mouth. I figured I would give it one more try. My mistake! Also, their selection of doughnuts is horrible!!

The employees are the WORST! Every time I go the frozen machine is down, whether it’s an hour before close or 3+, then they laugh at you when you order anything. Day staff are fine but unfortunately I’m sick of the attitude & there’s other Dunkin’s

This was a great experience! Kevin, who was in drive thru is the definition of a great employee! He was smiling, engaging, wearing gloves for sanitation. 10 out of 10 from me. Loved the energy from this guy.

Worst dunkin I have EVER been to. Every single time I go there. They get my order wrong. EVERY single time. I ask for an hot they give me ice. I only go here because it’s a minute away from my house. but I refuse to go here anymore.
