I spend a lot of money here every day I come in with a great attitude better than you’re employees and every time I come it’s no hi good morning no hi how are you it’s an attitude what can I get for you , no thank you no okay I have you’re order all set , it’s turn to the corner , I also donate and buy for my crew down the street. Today I go to the drive threw again no hi good Morning it’s what can I get for u I said I’m here to pick up my mobile order said my name she said rifle turn to the corner I said risky good morning to you too thank you , I go get my food she gives me some stuff and then looks at me and says what else are you waiting for I said my meals she then gives me the food a no I’m sorry about that and tells her coworker I have an attitude , I have every right to have a attitude after the fact that you are not giving me the good service I should receive and you’re looking at me crazy because you for got part of my order , then gets into it with me and kept closing the door when I was responding back. I’m not sure these employee need to understand the meaning of good bantering /service because this store does not have it I came across to only two nice employees in that establishment and that isn’t including management! I will never spend money on this place again do better

Dear store manager I would like to inform you that your employees keep putting milk or cream in my ice coffee even after I make it clear I want OAT MILK because am vegan and lactose. I can tell it has dairy why cause I can taste it and I have a stomach ache now, this has happened to me three times at your Dunkin this month. If you are vegan or lactose, do not come to this Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee.

I ordered the meal deal with the 2 wraps, a sweet black pepper bacon and the new chipotle aioli. Both were soggy and the sweet black pepper was missing its bacon entirely. I went on my lunch break and had no time to go back. I only ate half of one and threw them away. Really disappointing.

I get a black cold brew here sometimes. Last couple times my iced coffee tastes like watered down soap. Like 20 minutes ago for instance. Trash. Do better. Won’t be returning. Very unacceptable.

This place gives me cold sausage egg cheese sandwiches almost every morning. This is why I go to the Dunkin' a block away from here. Other Dunkin's are typically making better food than you are. If you keep messing it up I'm having y'all do it again. Stop handing me gross food.

The only competent employee there is Andrew, your food will always be hot and edible. I'm sitting here now and Andrew isn't here and my sourdough breakfast sandwich sucked, I took one bite and had to throw the rest out, it was still cold, I don't think it was even cooked and the bread wasn't toasted and this is always the same problem when Andrew isn't there so lesson learned, no Andrew no me. Maybe I should have just gotten a coffee.

Everytime I order from here and the one older lady early in the morning the coffee is disgusting either it taste like a hot cup of cream and hot water with no sugar or dark and bitter with no sugar or tasted like her breathe smells like she spit in my coffee or something.. I feel like she intentionally screws up my coffee, because I zero issues when anyone else but her makes my coffee cannot be a coincidence
The employees here are all very nice in well-mannered. I wish dunkin' Donuts had the prerequisite only hire people with a personality and that actually want to work.
