Go to the one up the street! Do not Come here. I came in early for a mocha iced coffee and hash browns, simple you would think. She hands me someone elses plain iced coffee which i guess is cool, til i realize theirs no mocha in it. She goes back comes back like 2 seconds later im guessing she put some mocha in it, cool but what the heck is this it looks the coffee machine ran out of beans or something. I throw the coffee away, get to the hash browns which were stale and cold. I tried to call in report it and just kindly ask for a redo. No answer goes straight to voice mail, the ladies in this DD are lazy go to the one down the street!!

I just ordered a sausage egg and cheese and there was what appeared to be multiple cat or dog hairs stuck to the sandwich that is disgusting. Employess should be wearing clothes that are clean. I won't be returning to this location.

Used the Drive thru today Sunday 3/12/23 about 4:30pm , asked for Med hot reg, upon my turn to pull up, lady in drive thru busy talking about her foot arch, then ask for $2,58, I go ahead and pay and she disappears for a while, you could see she is bagging something else’s order and talking, a while later she appears and ask what did I order, I tell her and she said ok I charged you, and disappears again for a while, then afterwards gives me the cup of coffee. Really? For a cup of coffee she disappears for a while twice?

First, I want to say that the dining room purchases are smooth transactions, clean dining area, and well organized and stocked. I'm not a big fan of the new Al greeting in the drive threw. To me, it sounds like a young man about 20 years old who's trying purposely to sound snooty and unhelpful. If you ask for something that's not on the menu (like a grilled cheese with tomato), there will be a long pause, then a flat-out "no" with the same obnoxious tone. Right after that, an actual human will say "yes we can do that." Since the system is basically useless, it should be eliminated, in my opinion. It's just bad for business. Other than the AI in the drive threw, the human interaction has been fine.
