We’ve ordered from Fresh Pita for awhile. Not under the new ownership until yesterday. Yes, this location on Mineral Spring.

Steer clear. Pre-packaged meat (Trader Joe’s is honestly better), 12” sub size gyro’s with poorly chopped chunky vegetables and the crappy meat on top? On top? Where the hell does that exist? Not authentic. Horrible. Couldn’t eat more than 3 bites. Waste of food and time.

Never again, save your money and go to Souvlaki Zone on Branch Ave or take a ride to Greenville and order from an actual fresh pita. This place sucks lol.

Warm and accommodating service, and tasty food.

The woman who helped us could not have been more amazing! She was so kind! Talked to us about the food items, made suggestions, and let me try a sample beforehand. The food was so great and definitely made with love!! I highly recommend!!!

The quality of the food isn’t the same. Use to be one of my favorite go to spots for salads. The food just isn’t as fresh as it use to be. Also, the store is pretty dirty now. I hope new management can get it together. I’m rooting for you guys!

They make their falafel daily from scratch, which is pretty special. Not much choice for drinks—all sugary fizz—but the food's so good for a suburban takeaway place that I still give them five stars.

The lady who cashed me out was very kind and food was ready upon pickup. Unfortunately, the food quality isn’t as good as before (store is under new management). Sorry, but a $15 shawarma plate without any extra, just rice, sauce and meat is simply too expensive for what you get.

avoid...food quality has gone downhill...disappointing

best chicken shawarma i ever got from here. new owner so i was a bit nervous when i walked in. she was extremely friendly, great hospitality and let me tell you the chicken is seasoned better, better tasting, more tender than the prior owners. this was a pleasant surprise! i will def recommend and visit again!

Came here a year later, says under new management and it pains me to say that the food is disgusting now.. we ordered chicken shawarmas that were cold and seasoned awful.

Ugh. Just when I was about to leave a great review… very disappointed. I’ve gotten steak and cheese sub from here several times and it was absolutely amazing. Best I ever had! I’ve been craving it and I went today and saw a new cook, I was like oh no. This isn’t going to be good and I was right. The steak and cheese was completely off. Very salty. Seems like it was only seasoned with s&p. Sauce didn’t taste the same. Definitely not the same way the lady who made it before. I never had to tell her how to make it, she just always made it perfect. And this time, my bread was cold too and less meat, more bread. And the meat was cut into big chunks. I could tell the previous lady put a lot of love into the sandwiches she made. This was close to my house and my go-to place for a quick bite. Only good halal cheesesteak spot that I have known of as well. Breaks my heart? this was most likely my last time here.

Got a "beef" shawarma wrap. The "beef" surely wasn't cooked today, was not even warm, overly salty. Veggies were mushy, probably also done yesterday. Don't understand, they have 3 rotisseries and were not even using them, should have been much better.
