Had some delicious food! The flavor is so good! I also did some mimosa they were super good! Definitely recommend this place if you are ever in the area!

Solid breakfast place. Went with the three meat omelet with a side of hollandaise sauce. Good home fries and Italian toast. Had a very good cup of coffee as well. Son went with traditional egg plate and was happy with that as well. The hot sauce they placed on the table was surprisingly good.

Portions are small for an omelet. $5 mimosa, was very tiny than the average place. I had the mushroom omelet, it was good but tiny bits of eggshell was in my first bite! Disappointed, because the atmosphere is beautiful!

Loved the service and food. It was out first time visiting and our server was so kind and knowledgeable of the menu and gave great info on the selections. Food was tasty and filling. Love the look and style of the place. Definitely will be coming back.

We chose Howie's for breakfast to celebrate my sister's birthday. As a party of 6 adults and an infant we expected to wait a little while for a table. After about 20 minutes we were seated and greeted by our server. She took a drink order, (just coffees and water) delivered some of the drinks, and then disappeared for over 10 minutes. We had to ask another server to find her so we could get the rest of our drink order and place a food order. We then waited almost an hour while several other parties were seated, fed, and paid their tabs. When our waitress finally stopped by and told us it would "just be a few more minutes" we asked for our food to go. Still waited another 15 minutes to get our food and pay our check. Food was luke warm after a 2 minute drive home and missing items. Horrible experience and seemingly the only explanation is that our server forgot to place our food order with the kitchen and didn't bother to own up to it, she just ignored us instead. Being a restaurant manager I can appreciate things happen, but a table touch from the MOD would have gone a long way. Really no excuse for that kind of wait and service at breakfast. Wish Cal's had been open today.

Great food supplied with local vendors, but we got to the restaurant at 8:30am, sat at the table of 6 at 9am and ordered shortly after. Waited an hour and a half before asking politely why our food has not been served. Very nice servers but clearly lost our order.

Great food, but some of the slowest service you'll ever find. Servers will walk around quickly to look busy, but don't actually do much. The prices are also quite high for the locale. From my most recent experience, sitting at the bar for over an hour, being barely spoken to, and almost ignored, I will not be returning again.

This was a great find. It was our first time there and the food was delicious. The mushroom Benny was absolutely delicious. My 7yo like his cheese burger and the pancakes were really good. The staff is super friendly. Will absolutely be back to try their micheladas and mimosas.

I live down the road from this restaurant and have been wanting to try it. Located in a plaza on Smith Street that this particular unit has seen establishments come and go. I'm glad I gave Howie's a shot. Their food is local and fresh as they advertise. Their homemade corned beef hash is the best I've ever had. They offer your favorite breakfast cocktails too. The staff is really nice and friendly. I hope this place stays around for a long time. It can get crowded and they do run out of the hash so go early.

Ok so food is good, staff super sweet and friendly but this is the slowest service I've ever experienced. It took 20 minutes for a drink and then 65 minutes exactly for food. At that point it doesn't matter how good the food is there is no need for this wait we are all about supporting local which is why we tried here more than once but it's always a the same result. Today was not busy at all and still took this long. Owners wake up and figure out a solution to the kitchen being able to cook more than one dish at a time.

today I had the pleasure of eating at Howie's, for the first time. I'm absolutely blown away by the kindness and hospitality I was shown; matched only by their unbelievably fresh, cooked to perfection breakfast. this is an incredible breakfast/brunch spot and they truly live up to their mantra, "Founded On Family, Focused On Fresh." As I devoured my chicken and waffles, (which were some of the best I've ever had), Sarah told me all about their constantly changing list of specials - all of which sounded equally as amazing as the last. if you're in North Providence, stop in and have something to eat. if you're not in North Providenc, get in your car and go there. Right now. thank you all again!

Great experience. The place was so busy. We had to wait awhile for a table but is was Mother’s Day on top of the Sunday rush . I had the corn beef and hash. My husband had the eggs Benedict in bowl. Everything was super fresh and cooked very well. We will be back.
