Vicky, the server, is the only one that is great .
No one smiles.
Again, waitress can't get things right, don't understand.
Next time we will call ahead of Vicky is there we will stop for lunch, otherwise, we are done with this place. Tired of having finished their meal while some wait.

Came in today for lunch right when they opened at 12. The waitress was rude. First thing was she never greeted us or told us her name and all she said was "what do you want to drink". When she came back to take our order the way her tone was when speaking was as if she was speaking to an aggressive customer. I did not like her tone there was no type of warmth to her voice or her presence. Very rough and aggressive. I wanted to just leave but my daughter and I were hungry. All in all I did not enjoy my time there at all. I usually come here but after today I will not be dining. Btw, the other 2 waiters were very kind to their tables.

This place is a throw back with retro sparkly decor and a koi pond entrance. So fun! Sets a good mood for some sushi. Rolls are delicious and reasonably priced, the hot and sour soup was fantastic. I’ve had sushi from a few Jacky’s locations and it is consistently good. This is a steady fall back.

An awesome rhode island chain,I loved their locations but this one is my favorite,the vibe is luxury but won't break your bank,the food is always good and they have a good drink selection.the staff is always friend and helpful even in the face of rudeness and mistreatment. 10/10

This restaurant is beautiful from before you walk in the door until the moment you leave. The experience starts with a koi pond with lovely fish, and continues with an indoor wall of flowers and a striking wine vault. There are several options for #gluten-free dining, primarily in the #sushi menu and less so in the regular entrees menu. That's fine with me as I enjoy sushi. The waitress seemed well versed in gluten-free-ness and answered all my questions. I ordered a small bowl of chicken rice soup and the nigiri sampler. Both were delicious and that was plenty of food for me. The service was speedy and pleasant. The GF item listed in the dessert menu is no longer offered. Bummer.

Love the koi pond out front of restaurant ans nice design inside. We had the calamari, pineapple fried rice, veggie spring rolls and chicken wings. Everything was good.

Went here for a celebration great dinner spot beautiful inside decor!
We love the little robot that comes up to the tables and helps clear the plates when you're finished and we'll also sing Happy Birthday to you!!

Absolutely beautiful inside, service is friendly & attentive. Food was fresh & hot, sushi was beautifully presented and delicious. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for sure! So many beautiful dishes to choose from!
Parking: Parking lot is big, but be prepared to wait for parking on busy nights ( weekends) off street parking is available as well . Conveniently located.

first of all our waiter kept forgetting what to bring brought the wrong food charged us for a extra drink and took forever to bring the bill then when I tiped he complained it wasn’t enough when he didn’t even deserve a higher tip for the lack of service. When I complained to the manager and told her what happened with the tip and the service she took his side and didn’t even apologize at the end of the day terrible service you will waste your money don’t come here.

Never eaten inside always get take out. Really nice front staff! We love the General Tso chicken and the coconut shrimp. So delicious! It is a little pricier than other restaurants but worth it because of the quality of the meat and the portion size.
