Jersey Mike's Subs

I’ve been getting my Italian grinders here for years and today will be my last day, jersey mikes is now weighing their sandwiches and god forbid it’s 3 slices of pepperoni too heavy they deconstructed it right in front of you they prep the rest of the sandwich like garbage and they cut it terrible, might as well just be a salad right now. I will not be returning for the price I pay for that quality of sandwich

Excellent Italian sub.

Idk what it is but every time I order something is missing or added that I did not want. I have given it ample time to correct themselves but I think the help they have is just horrible. Sorry I’m throwing in the towel as your subs aren’t cheap and they are made so hastily with disproportional ingredients. My last sub had more mayo than turkey. I also asked for no oil or red wine and received both!

Stopped by yesterday to grab a sandwich, put in my order and began waiting, when another customer came in. She ordered her BLT, demanded it be remade again and I was stood there watching this all occur while my sandwich bread sat on the countertop. I had ordered my sandwich before she was even in the building. Why make her sandwich twice before even attempting mine once? Waited much longer than I ever should have and she had checked out and left before my sandwich was complete. Service definitely needs improvement.

The manager has created a welcoming atmosphere and leads a fantastic team. Every visit is a pleasure, thanks to their dedication and hard work. Keep up the great work!

The first time I visited I had some questions about the sandwiches. The young man sharply directed me towards the menu on the wall and suggested with attitude that I look at it. On a follow up visit, I got several sandwiches to go. When I arrived home were not made the way I asked. It contained ingredients that I did not want in the sandwich. It was late and cold outside and I tried calling the store to see if I could get a credit or come back another time. No one answered the phone, so I had to go back to the store.
Seems to be a problem here. I won't be returning.

Amazing job by Doris Morales and her team at North Providence Jersey Mike’s!! They provided sandwiches for our football team which were delicious and LOVED by the boys! Doris was incredibly helpful and helped me order the perfect number of sandwiches and the perfect combination for our football team. Thank you Jersey Mike’s!! And we came home with a win!

Ryan is a great worker. Greeted me and my family as soon as we walked in. He never let the smile leave his face. It was super busy when we went in. The restaurant was clean and the rest of the staff was friendly as well.

The new manager in N.P is amazing! Always has a great attitude, great service and fast. Highly recommend. The food is fresh and delicious, plus very nice staff!! I look forward to going!

Won’t be returning to this location. Rude workers that make comments under their breathe about me order a sandwich at 1030am. I work in a cafe & start my day @ 5am so this is when I’m able to take a break.

The best service and sandwiches around! We got sandwiches for my daughter's birthday and everyone wished her a happy one! The atmosphere is basic, but past that five stars all around.
