Jersey Mike's Subs

This is the second time ive come to this location and had to wait for my food to be made . Placed order a head of time and both times and still waiting 10 to 15 min. How is it that walk ins are getting there food faster then some one placing and order .
Ridiculous food should be made in the order it comes in . Walkins are not more important we are equally .

Hello, I don’t normally do surveys actually I never do surveys but the Team at the Jersey mikes in North Providence across the street from Lowe’s were amazing. Every time I go to Jersey Mike’s, I always forget I don’t know why but I do for the type of bread I want for my gender and that happened this time again but the difference was that the team there was OK with me forgetting about it and we’re like what do you want and I told him what kind of bread I wanted which was the Parmesan bread and they had no problem with it. If anything Doris, Luke and Oryan were apologizing to me. That’s. Special group cause I go to the Jersey mikes on Hope street, Attleboro route 1 , Lincoln and even the one in Tilton New Hampshire. There was so great because at times I’ve been to other Jersey Mike’s and I forgot to ask for the type of bread and they don’t ask And I’ve had to tell him my wife is gluten-free. I need gluten-free bread and then like oh well we already started the sandwich it’s awful. This team was fantastic. I told him what kind of bread and they were like. Oh no problem. We’ll do a new one I think I will just be going there for now on.

The short stocky blond girl that works during the day is rude this isn’t my first time dealing with her we eat here often someone needs to talk to her seriously

The women who were working today (10/28) were literally the most amazing and sweetest women! so shout out to them !!! the food was great but the service was even better !

is it just me or do other jersey mikes pack their subs with more meat and cheese? 20$ sub and i get a thin slice of meat and cheese throughout my whole sub. crazy, I'll avoid this location.

Do you like wet soggy sandwiches? Jersey Mike makes good seasonal tuna salad I am told with your choice of ingredients such as salt, pepper, onion, tomatoes, cheese, and mayo, making a creamy, lightly salty salad that tastes creamy and melts in your mouth with a spicy, not sweet flavor. Not to mention their bread is always fresh. Some people say it's addicting [ I did not feel that way] fresh from the oven. I was disappointed.

I Visited this location for this first time this past week, an I. Couldn’t be happier with the food and service I was provided, the crew was great an the restaurant was very clean. The gentleman I think his name was Ryan was very helpful in helping us choose our dinner and i definitely will be visiting this location again. 5/5

I work at the hospital nearby and this is my go to for a fresh sub! The staff is always friendly and the food is always consistently delicious! Thank you Mike’s! Don’t forget to get it Mike’s way!

Yes Doris gets 3 stars when she is there not when she's not it's awful horrible service I went to return a sub I called first guy Ryan said come on back I drive out of my way there oh and he laughed and said yeah I can't and the supervisor said yeah we can't yeah he said come here but we can't see u kidding I spoke to Doris the next day she took care of everything and was most apologetic tho that staff does not belong there no apologies they didn't call Doris or offer remake so far out of the way if I dare go there Doris will have to be there sad her staff can't be trusted shame on them she needs better more grateful staff these young kids just stood there and laughed at me wow I hope she straightenes them out they don't deserve to work there oh and they told me to call a manager that doesn't work there nice hugh no not really they are mean

I paid $15.00 and change for a mini tuna sub and bag of chips. I gave a 20% tip. When I opened the sandwich at home it was drippy, runny tuna. I expect a decent sandwich for this money.

I have been to three different Jersey Mikes they're all great bring your appetite

Like this location, because they make it right, ask for Xtra onions and bacon and will put plenty on. Always friendly and a great crew work here. 👍👍

Ordered an Italian sub for take out and when I started eating it once I was home I bit down on a big piece of brown glass. When I called the store they said an oil bottle broke earlier and they must not have cleaned up all the glass. They were very unapologetic and I’ll be sure to never visit this place again.

Food’s ok but the service and workers have zero personality and seem to have no interest in serving customers. An hour left to close and they block half the dining area to save time on cleaning. Very bad restaurant, I’m willing to drive further just to not get food here.

Love this place, although they have made a few Mistakes with adding things to the sandwich that I didn’t ask for, they are still a great place
