Really impressed with the professionalism. There’s one woman with glasses in the afternoon when I go who seems like she’s a manager but she always makes my day. Not sure if she is a manager but the kindness really means a lot I know it’s just a job but kindness goes far. Always clean when I go in even though I do see people leave garbage the employees keep good work taking care of litter bugs so I’m very impressed bc some of the people that come in leave pretty big messes but they tend to it quick even though it’s not that kind of restaurant!

If you want a good sub this tops the usual places. Make sure you try at least one sandwich Mike's Way. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Me and my girlfriend ordered the same size sandwich and when we got home and opened them mine was significantly smaller, I really like the sandwiches here and keep trying but they are inconsistent with sizes and how much stuff they put in the sandwiches,

I visited this store today 12/11 and just want to say Troy made the best sandwich and was the nicest person on a day that I was having a bad day, dude deserves the biggest raise!!!! If you’re reading this, thank you for restoring my faith in humanity today, I really needed it!

I’ve had a few Philly cheese steaks since moving to Rhode Island from Brooklyn, NY and I can say that Jersey Mike’s version doesn’t disappoint in the slightest. The bun was soft and easy to chew, the steak, onions and pepper were cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the food was ready by the time we finished paying. The place was also nice and clean. I’ll be returning to Jersey Mike’s whenever I’m craving a taste of home.

I had a disappointing experience at Jersey Mike's. The service was slow, my order was completely mixed up, and I ended up waiting for an extended period. To make matters worse, they mistakenly gave my food to another guest, resulting in a complete remake. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were soggy and fell short of expectations. Overall, a frustrating visit.

I have a severe gluten allergy and this location takes the precautions very seriously. I've been here multiple times and never feel sick afterwards. Thank you Jersey Mike's for providing a great experience while taking my allergies seriously!
