The food was good but I recommend take out and not dine in. We were rushed the entire time. 12:30 reservation, only two other people in the restaurant and the waitstaff was literally standing behind us watching us eat and removing the food as we were eating. The soup was being packed up before we had an option of taking a second bowl, my husband wasn’t even done and his bowl was taken away. Had to ask for them to leave the pasta so we could have it with our meal, was told I didn’t have a choice. Sitting finishing our drinks and the glasses were being removed as we sat there. We were there for an hour so it wasn’t like we were lingering. We absolutely felt rushed and it was not relaxing at all. Just horrible and I won’t be back.

You can go in and order a full to go container of food for $20. Sirloin dinner with 2 sides $20. Chicken parm with a full sized Styrofoam take out container PACKED with pasta and a huge piece of chicken. On thursdays they do sandwiches and they do not skimp at all. The same amount of chicken goes on the chicken parm sub as they put on the dinner. Can't even close the sandwich, it's great

This is a great place where families can come and have that family style environment that brings back goo memories of the family sitting at the table and enjoying great food and great time with the family.

We had a bad experience there yesterday on Easter Sunday we got there at 4pm there wasn't many tables of people when we got there it took over a half hour to get our drinks and about a hour to get soup and bread and over an hour to get all.the other food and then when we did get it there was hair in my daughter's soup then we got the platter of macaroni and there was hair in that we told the waitress and she never gave us another platter untill we ask again my 8 year old grandson and my 9 year old nephew only ate alittle soup with a piece of bread and my son in law only had a bowl of soup with bread and he walked out cause of the hair in the food and they took sooo long to take the rest of the food out and the waitress said oh your was here 4 years ago she remembered us she said but she was not friendly she was very rude when it came. To our food and gave my daughter a attitude when she said to take my grandson off the bill cause he only ate alittle soup and she never ask us if we wanted coffee or desert then my sister brung in a birthday cake for my nephew with candles she brung the cake to the table with the candles in the packages and said who's this for we ask her are you going to put the candles on the cake and sing happy birthday she said no they don't do take 28.00 a person and the food and service suck we would never be back there

I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. They are rude , mess up the orders , and food is disgusting. Be sure to look good at your food cause you don’t know what you will find in it. Staff , especially male staff, are confrontational and low down classless and ignorant. Don’t talk to the owner ,Lois , because he will never admit anything wrong and will just hang up on you and use foul language. I have never had such a bad experience in my life . Stay far far away

Horrible food - the worse staff and food is not what you order Staff doesn’t last and they are rude and unprofessional. They don’t care if the order is wrong your stuck with it and if you say anything they don’t care and will treat you terribly This is never a place I would recommend. Worse place

We got delivery. Prices are amazing.
The portions were unbelievable! Chicken Marsala, meatloaf with potato & veg, chicken soup & more pasta than I could’ve imagined. Well done LANCELLOTTA’S! 😋
