By far the worst mcdonald's I've ever been to and I've been to both locations on Broad St. in south Providence. You are lowlife scumbags and its a wonder no one has to remind you to breathe because you're that stupid!! You will be working there for the rest of your lives because you're lazy lovers with nothing in your brains. I went there today and I stood around for 5 minutes then walked out.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to, and I have been to McDonald's literally around the country and the world while in the military. This is the only fast food restaurant to get probably 75% of the orders Ive placed there wrong and Ive lived in the area for 4 years. There is a gentleman that works there in the evening that I overheard actually conspiring to get my order wrong by shorting the patties in my burgers, probably to save them time on the clock by not having to cook more quickly. I assume their clock resets, and then they just wait for me to come back to get the order fixed. That is extremely screwed up, and I ended up at home with two big macs missing patties and no desire to go back. I rarely leave reviews or comments about underpaid workers, but this place has had some very poor service, and some of it pretty inexcusable even for people not getting paid enough. I can complain about them all day, but the bottom line is, if you can avoid this specific store, go somewhere else.

Millions of dollars spent perfecting the fast food experience. Doesn't do any good if the employees don't put someone on the front counter to take orders. whatever little girl taking the orders tonight is miserable as hell, rude and has no personality. watched her storm from the back register because i told her she needs to be more polite and around happy at her job.The man who came to replace her was just as rude. Here he is! Store needs a refresher on customer courteously. The right person might pop yall! Smile, it doesnt take much. N. Main St and Broad St McDonalds has better customer service than you guys
