Read conversation with remax agent cindy v. She who is agent, for daughter of landlord. Under RI Tennant handbook, attorney general office, lawyer daughter should of sent a registered letter to me, it still has not been sent. Instead by a text message from landlord daughter house would be sold end of August, no date given. I'm moving out September 1, which was told to landlord daughter.
August 2, out of work till? Due to medical reasons. Cindy has called me telling me that I need to vacate apartment, I can't use security deposit/ when I now have no income, rent is paid 3rd to 3rd. Cindy spoke, yelling at me I had to vacate, 3 days later I'll be trespassing, when I still live here. She has told me that I have no rights in a formal letter to be mailed to me registered/ certified mail. Not trying to take advantage of this situation. Then she asked to verify new address when I gave her the number, claiming she never said this. Date to put me out August 2, 1st call from cindy gave me to 29th to remove myself from premise. This past week August 11,2021 she called told me about vacating, then trespassing. Law states I should have been given legal notice. Now date change to the 30th of August. I told her I would be out by 3rd September, 4 days to move closing date. She replied no can't do that. What kind of people does this.

Horrible experience with kathy souza first I was really interested in a home she had listed I wanted a private showing and she was like just go to the open house it was my 2nd showing. Then she tried to take me from my realitor so she could get more money I said no so she gave attitude and told me
