I have really ordered here many times and I feel that the service has changed for the better, they are very friendly and smiling at the customers, but these last two weeks when I have gone I feel a very strong smell and I see that it comes from a red-haired man, every time he passes at the entrance it smells bad and I feel that that has made me disgust the food, I repeat I have always had very good service and food, but since I have seen this guy in the store it has given me a lot of disgust and more because the smell is impregnated, and it has been 2 weeks since I noticed it I feel that it is a very strong and notorious smell

CALLED AT 10:35PM TO PLACE A CARRY OUT ORDER AND WAS âTRANSFERREDâ FOR THE NEXT LADY TO PICK UP AND PUT ME ON HOLD THEN HANG UP ON ME. I CALL BACK AND FINALLY GET ANSWER AFTER A FEW CALLS AND THE MAN TOOK MY ORDER AND SAID READY IN 15 I GET A CALL BACK NOT EVEN A MINUTE LATER SAYING MY ORDER CANT BE PROCESSED BECAUSE OF SOMETHING THAT THEY WOULD NOT EXPLAIN. The food was absolutely amazing, but the girl at the front with glasses was unbelievably rude and nasty. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Rudely raised her voice saying Whatâs the name!? It completely ruined the experience and made me not want to come back despite how good the food was. Reading previous reviews seems like this isnât the first time someoneâs experienced an issue with her, itâs disgusting. Management really needs to address her behavior because itâs unacceptable.

They built this store for me to run over a decade ago, I have never felt such disgust at the state of a place than this store I tried to place 1 order and received raw food that had clearly been dropped and am now getting the run around from a call center transferring me to the store and the store instantly hanging up

They treated me not like a customer but they left my pizza out in the hallway for an hour that really sucks by the way I would never order from them again they never called me when they arrived to my house door dash

If it was possible to give zero stars I would for service. Asked about the lovers deal and was told it was not available and when I go and check online it was available and possible to order what I wanted for the same price. The staff are very rude and inconsiderate. They have no manners or professionalism when it comes to customer service.
