I recently visited Popeye’s in Louisiana and had a mixed experience. The service was amazing—quick, friendly, and attentive—and the atmosphere was lovely and welcoming. However, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations. The bone in chicken, in particular, lacked flavor, and the spicy chicken fell short of what I was hoping for. We placed an order online and when we went to pick it up in store, we were told they didn’t offer that item. The cashier was very polite and helped us contact customer support to get the money back, as well as give us a small sweet tea as a consolation for the gallon we weren’t able to get.
Food was on point freshly made soooo delicious no personality but that's ok that's not what I was there for I went there to get my dinner and it was really good thank you!!!
