The customer service is not good. The service is very poor. Drive through was the worst - very rude

Let me start by saying the bagel was delicious. The service was good.
The state of the inside of the restaurant was appalling. It’s so dirty in there. Looks like it hasn’t been deep cleaned ever. The condiment/ utensil and trash area were a disgrace. Nothing was full, the trash can door was broken off and haphazardly replaced with a trash bag tapped over the area, but the tape didn’t hold and was just flapping around.
I saw this location when it first opened and seeing it again recently was a shock. Maybe the owner doesn’t go to this location anymore. Might be time for a better management team, one that cares about the appearance of the business. If what the customer sees is this shocking I don’t even want to imagine what is happening in the areas we can’t see. It’s time to find a new place to get bagels.

Update: I got the wrong thing, but then they fixed it for me without making a big deal!
Not a fan of the coffee, but the breakfast sandwiches, are chefs kiss level of good. The variety, whether you're looking for a classic or maybe you want veggies galore?

When I think of Providence Bagel, I remember when it first opened: beautiful inside, delicious freshly baked bagels with homemade cream cheeses, and a memorable experience.

It’s been a few years, so a friend and I decided to meet for bagels this morning, but we walked into a completely different place. The shop was an eyesore, with damaged walls, empty shelves, and paper taped everywhere. It felt like unorganized chaos, with staff yelling for help.

They didn’t have half the bagels listed, and the chaotic lines grew while some customers got so frustrated they left. Some people’s mobile orders were missing, too. It’s a shame because the quality of my bagel and cream cheese was still delicious, but the egg sandwiches were disappointing for the prices they charge.

I can’t say I’ll be back, especially with so many competitors around offering a better experience and value.

Offered my dog a pup cup and I didn’t even ask! My dog was elated. The girls working were the sweetest too! Very great experience. 10/10

This place is falling apart.. most of the tables had chairs over them to block seating.. trash bin was covered with a trash liner .. good service. Not recommended for sit down dining.. drive through yes

I mean, there's nothing worse than getting a burnt sandwich from a place that is supposed to have the best bagels around.

so glad i tipped and everything for this… not really sure how this happens but a complete bagel would’ve been nice

Here’s the thing- the bagels? Excellent! The service? Fiiiine? The timing? This. Place. Is. So. Slow. This isn’t a “swing by quickly on the way to work”. Otherwise it’s lovely!
