Here’s the thing- the bagels? Excellent! The service? Fiiiine? The timing? This. Place. Is. So. Slow. This isn’t a “swing by quickly on the way to work”. Otherwise it’s lovely!

I’m normally not a big breakfast eater, but Providence Bagel on Mineral Spring has completely changed that for me! Every time I visit, the food is fresh, delicious, and consistently great. My go-to favorites are the mango smoothie, strawberry smoothie, the Italian sandwich, and the turkey bacon cheddar—each one is packed with flavor. On my last visit, I tried a donut for the first time, and it did not disappoint!

Beyond the food, the atmosphere is fantastic. The location is always clean and has a fresh, modern feel, which makes it a pleasant spot to stop by. But what truly makes this place stand out is the customer service. Cece, in particular, is amazing! I’ve seen her in the drive-thru before, but on my most recent visit, she greeted me with a warm smile and even recommended the donut—which I’m so glad I tried! She was funny, welcoming, and made the experience even better.

What I love most about Providence Bagel is that it doesn’t feel like you’re just another customer. The staff genuinely cares, making every visit feel personal and welcoming. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

This is my favorite of the Providence Bagel locations (and I love them all.) I start almost every work day with a bagel and coffee from this location. The staff are consistently friendly and efficient, there is easy parking, and the inventive weekend specials are always something to look forward to. One of my favorite spots not just in town, but in New England.

Cici is the best!!! My friend and I come daily for our ice coffees. She knows exactly what we want and makes it for us!! Service is amazing. And coffee is great every time!!

This place could be so much better than it is. Their bagels are delicious but you have to wait about 45 mins to get one. Not because they are so busy but because they are constantly understaffed and have way too many menu items. The store fronts are not inviting and the staff are always too overworked to provide good service. If there was ANY other place to get a bagel with vegan cream cheese, I’d never return.

I go to both Providence bagel stores. Bagels are always fresh and the staff is friendly and always get my orders right. The coffee is always fresh and hot. I like the bagel specials, great variety

Why is a plain bagel with cream cheese over $8? I got a bagel with half plain, half strawberry cream cheese. Getting charged twice when it’s the same amount of cream cheese makes no sense. Even if you only get one flavor it’s still almost $6. Bagel was average size and cheap on spread (even though I paid $6 just for the cream cheese) The bagels themselves are good but I think it’s super overpriced, I’m from NY and bagels in Manhattan aren’t even this price. Providence location overall is faster and has nicer staff, at least in my experience.

Literally every single time I go here my order is wrong. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Whether it be a sandwich made wrong, missing toppings, or ordered items not included in the bag. Sometimes it's the jackpot of all 3! I did not go to a Providence Bagels for almost 3 years because of this crap, but recently decided to give them another chance, and sadly Nothing has changed.

NEVER leave without checking your order. And I mean really check. Unwrap sandwiches, look in bags, etc. Because it's almost certain that your order is messed up

Unfavorable experience. I ordered online, states ready in 25min. Come in 25 min, it’s not ready. Waits 5 more min before kindly asking about order , it wasn’t even started, and rudely greeted by cashier as if she knew I had been waiting for a pick-up order..after waiting 25 MORE minutes. I could not wait any longer for 3 bagel sandwiches, I was tempted to go back there and make them my damn self , lol. I wanted a refund but then lady states it’s here , bag sitting there on the kitchen table as she just finished order in back as if I was supposed to go behind the counter to get the bag? No apologies , and got the impression I was wrong for ordering sandwiches? Weird. 50 minutes for 3 bagel sandwiches , very unacceptable.Sandwiches were made sloppy, the Italian sandwich wasn't cut and missing ingredients as described in the menu , very disappointed and I hate writing these reviews but, something must be done about this.. I will not be returning.

Stop #5 in RI FOOD FIGHTS inaugural Best Breakfast Sandwich!!! I got a Ham Egg and Cheese on an Asiago bagel…delicious!! Alahna was AMAZING! Super friendly, helpful…she was amazing…working the counter and drive thru always with a smile! Actually the entire staff was great!
