Typically the everything bagel is only seasoned on the top. Not this place. The whole bagel is seasoned. Smart and good.
The bagels (French toast Bagels) are absolutely delicious.
Today I ordered a sandwich, it was very nice welcoming crew - fresh food and comfort / clean Lobby.

Its pretty clear that this establishment is owned and operated by completely incompetent people. You have a better chance of winning the lottery and getting struck by lightning in the same day than you do getting a plain bagel after 1030am from this restaurant. Its like they make 14 bagels a day. Its really unfortunate how this is the only quote on quote good bagel shop in the area and you cant even one unless you camp out at 230am the night before. Can someone please open another place so we dont have to deal with these clowns

My bagel sandwich had wax paper in it and it was not toasted nor was it prepared in an appetizing way. This place used to be good. The gentlemen preparing the food did not want to be there. Half the menu items were crossed out. Looks like the place is going to close. Sad.

The food is actually disgusting and the service is so bad/slow. I ordered a pizza bagel and they clearly ran out of marinara sauce half way thru and used *ketchup* for the 2nd half.

Absolutely love Providence Bagel! The customer service here is top-notch — everyone is super friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. My order was taken and prepared quickly, and the wait time was impressively short even during the morning rush. The staff clearly care about providing a great experience, and it really shows. Delicious bagels, great coffee, and excellent service — can’t ask for more! Highly recommend!

The bagel was okay but the service stood out as exceptionally good especially for a drive-thru

I live nearby and frequently place a mobile order. Several times I have encountered poor customer service at the window. Today I placed an order at 9:42AM then waited around 15 minutes in line only to be told they just received my order at 10:11AM. It had been almost a half hour since I placed it. I had to cancel the order, as it was not even started. It's a shame because I really like the breakfast sandwiches. I work in customer service and no matter how understaffed we are, we treat every customer with respect and kindness. I still don't really fault the employees, as I could tell they were trying their hardest and running around. Management desperately needs to hire more employees or staff shifts better. I know a Saturday morning might be busy, but the whole situation was absurd.

Depending on the day the staff is great but sometimes you get some off days, Bagels are usually always good and fresh, they sell things quick though so it's hard to get stuff after 10am usually. Always recommend Prov. Bagel but definitely could use some fine tuning but nothing that would prevent me from not going back

I do it to myself, I know each time I go in my visits gonna be miserable and yet I keep going back. Today no different.
Music blasting, given the wrong food, went back, watched them try and give the food I open to the correct guy who said he wanted a fresh one, then proceeded to wait even longer for a subpar bagel.

Understaffed, understocked on selection, and overpriced.
Waited 20 minutes (1 customer ahead in lobby) for service - very few choices for a bagel store.
Staff was polite but food not worth the wait at all. Take your business elsewhere. Seems like a business getting ready to close.

There was only one car ahead of us in the drive-thru line. The time it took to wait and then receive our food at the window was over 30 minutes. When receiving our order 2/3 sandwiches were incorrectly made. This location used to be great - did they expand to other locations too fast and forgot about one of the originals?!
