Good bagels as always, but the last cold brew coffees I've gotten have been awful and now this cream cheese I got today only has like 5 oz in the 8 oz container. They seem to not care as much about the coffee now that the nitro is

Extremely overrated!! Same mass produced bagels as Dunkin. Go to CAFE-SUCH-A-BAGEL instead!!!

North providence store needs to do better. The two employees that i've seen looked very lethogic board and as if they didn't want to be employed there. The cashier took it upon herself to take my large order and divide it into two separate orders. I ordered a baker's dozen and several sandwiches. I asked for my Baker's dozen to be sliced. They were not sliced and there were not even the type of bagels we asked for( they were mostly garlic) We specifically asked for there not to be garlic bagels in the dozen, they were also haphazardly thrown into a bag, This bag had an open top and it was raining outside. So my bagels got rain in the bag from the store into the car. No one wants dirty wet rain water in their bagels. Four of the five sandwiches I ordered were made wrong, the fifth sandwich wasn't even put in the bag because they didn't even make it, and my husband had to go back to get it. When he got there they told him they didnt even have the topings for the missing bagel but yet she charged us for the bagel anyway. I will not be returning to providence bagel. Terrible experience with a large order and EVERY SINGLE ITEM was not correct. A complete waste of time and money.

This place is all over the map. Great sandwiches and bagels. The coffee is horrendous. The service is mostly friendly but extremely slow. I don't know why they bother investing in a drive

Don’t get it why keep open more store if you can’t maintain just one , not blaming employees, as owner you should be in your business to see how slow bad service your staff

When Pvd bagel first opened they had some challenges food wise and overall I felt they improved as I frequented their Attleboro and providence location often to keep giving them a chance / benefit of the doubt. Recently I went in and purchased two breakfast sandwiches and two coffees which was around $20 dollars. Service was so slow, the sandwiches were cold and not really even toasted, my hot coffee was essentially hot water, zero flavor for a place that boasts having its own roasted beans. On top of it numerous employees on their phone behind the counter, drinking Dunkin’ Donuts.A few weeks prior to this I attempted to go to this location and sat in the drive thru with no response. I pulled around and went inside to see an employee eating and she said sorry we don’t open til 7. It was 6:57 am. Really?Pvd has a lot of great places that offer breakfast and I really wish Pvd bagel was a star standing out from the rest but unfortunately I think all of the quality went down the tubes. Hoping management can bring it back.

I went here a year ago and remember being very underwhelmed with both the quality of the food and cleanliness of the interior, but I was craving a good bagel sandwich and thought I'd give the place another shot.First of all, if you're going in the drive-through, be ready to wait around 6-8 minutes per car in front of you. So if you're looking for a quick stop for breakfast before work and you see 3 cars in line in front of you, be ready to wait 18 minutes to actually get your order.Prices are very, very high. I ordered a taylor ham, egg, cheese, and hashbrown sandwich on an everything bagel with salt, pepper, and ketchup. The price was $9.81. This is for a single sandwich on a bagel. For this price, I received a pretty small bagel that wasn't very good. The outside had a burnt flavor to it, and the interior of the bagel wasn't thick and fluffy the way a good bagel should be.For the fillings of the sandwich, the staff didn't put salt, pepper, or ketchup on it. Instead, they tossed them in packets into the bag. I thought I could just eat the sandwich on my way into work, but instead I was tasked with surgically dismantling my sandwich to actually get the basic seasonings and condiment I asked to be on it.While they gave a solid portion of Taylor Ham, it was really pale looking, with no browning on it at all. It was like they steamed it instead grilling it. Very unappetizing. The egg was alright and the cheese was defaulted to white American.I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good bagel or a good bagel sandwich.
