I have been ordering from here for years, usually the food is pretty good but lately the prices are getting higher and the quality is getting lower. Got a ham and cheese grinder and there was literally 2 pieces of ham and 2 pieces of cheese. It was basically lettuce and bread. No quality or quantity here AND you’re paying ridiculous prices. Yeah, no thank you. ✌️

In my opinion- think their my son and I used to go there all the time for breakfast and their prices are very reasonable! If you have never gone, should make it a point to try it.

BE warned, neighbors! My husband attempted to resolve this without resorting to Yelp, Facebook, or Instagram reviews, but the manager on duty (young kid) pretty much said, "what do you want me to do? It's because you ordered a CHEESE pizza! Supposed to be greasy...nothing I can do!" You don't make excuses for the food being garbage. The Customer is always right. Especially when that customer was a pie maker himself at one time... We've ordered from here before. No problem whatsoever...(only reason for 2 stars)...but our pizza last night was AWFUL. First pic is what we ordered. I clearly asked very nicely to make our pie medium well, just not burned, but NOT sloppy or soft. And said thank you on top of it. This is why I think this was done purposefully... The box was soaked through with grease by the time it made it up MSA in the 20 minutes it took to get to us. Right then, we knew it couldn't be good...not long enough in the oven AND travel! Upon opening, the layer of oil on top of the pie was heavy...like a bottle was dumped right on it. (My video would not post but when I turned the pizza over it folded over on itself, and the crust was soaked through with oil/grease, and it was literally dripping down into the box.) We threw it on a pizza pan & re-baked it, even tried broiling it to get the crust firmer, but neither worked, by that time, we were DONE...so we tossed it. Both of us had a long day and didn't want to deal with the business last night, so my husband went there with these pics/video a little bit ago, and got an attitude from the manager...he asked him, so you don't want to do anything? Manager said NOPE...so be it. This is the result. A bad review of poor customer service and poor business management, plus a bit of wiseass thrown in when making customer orders... NEVER again, and I am hoping others who got lousy customer service or food will chime in. I've not left a review in a long while, but HAD to this time.

We ordered delivery and the web site said an hour. We had our food in 25 minutes. The four way pizza was loaded with toppings and the pasta with meatballs was good, but the meatballs were tender, flavor full and there were plenty of

If i could put 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible, which i never knew due to ordering on door dash or this place would have never gotten my business. I placed an order and called 30 seconds later to change the size, they told me it couldn’t be changed. Ok. I show up, they told me they didn’t make the pizza because they didn’t think i would show up?? This was half hour to closing time so could be the reason why… employees were standing around doing nothing. Said there is no manager around until next week; maybe that’s the problem. do not recommend steak & cheese, cheese has weird after taste. would recommend chicken tenders, which is easy not to mess up. went from ordering 2-3 times a week to never again and will NOT be recommending to anyone again.

The employees are polite. I ordered a broccoli chicken Alfredo for pick up. It's got a weird burnt cheese on top. Sauce is too drippy. There's a fair amount of chicken And broccoli, it all seems fresh - but I was very underwhelmed.

Pizza was delivered and completely destroyed. Called as soon as I got it, then they came to replace it. Took over and hour and the new pizza was cold.

Been ordering for the past 4 years and everything was always great. Until today, I ordered chicken wings to have it delivered and its not all chicken wings its just 2 wings and the rest is chicken tenders. I called the restaurant and explained and they did nothing to help. I just waisted my money for nothing, I am so disappointed.

Unfortunately I chose this place out of just being hungry and it being within a half a mile from my house it came dry with 2 lb of soggy fries with day-old oil it was 9:30 3:00 when I ordered it came quite fast no napkins no sauce no cheese scraps of chicken as you can see I'd call within minutes of opening the bag lucky for them they closed at 10:00 shop the message said they read my message shortly after 10:00 and they choose not to bother they wanted to rush home and get home early for the night I guess and that was my meal tell me if you think that was fair and if you're going to order from them is that a decent chicken Palm North Providence?
