Online order which I attempted to call to correct but phone just rings. I get there and let owner/manager know and he laughs and says he had phone disconnected. I asked about remaking one of my three footlongs and he laughed, stating sorry it is already made but I can sell you another sandwich. In the 4 footling sandwiches that I purchased there may have been enough ingredients for 1 footlong combined

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered DoorDash to my job, the order arrived with UNcooked bacon on it and no cheese when I paid for extra cheese. I can’t eat the sandwich because the meat is raw and I can’t leave work to go get the issue fixed. I’ve tried calling the store 9 times and no one answers the phone. Absolutely pathetic.

Worst Subway ever!!! They very rarely make your food right, and they don't take any of the national coupons that the company sends you. Like how do you not take national promotion coupons from YOUR OWN COMPANY. Absolutely ridiculous, not worth spending a dime at this terrible location.

Ever since the new owner took over this place, the food, the service, and everything about this place went downhill. Half the time, the people who are working do not wear gloves or hair nets, and there was this one time the woman who was making my sandwich was outright drunk. I was shocked and disgusted by this place. Ever since I never came back here again,

They seem to always be out of something when you go there. I ordered a Subway Club.. but they had no Roast Beef. There have been times they were out of Tuna, Meat Balls etc ..

I would recommend avoiding this subway cause they will take your money and not refund you for an order they never made. I placed an order on the app at 8:25pm and went to the store at 8:35 to see it closed and the lights turned off. It wasn't a big deal I just wanted my money back cause I never got the order. I emailed the store and the manager Jacob emailed me back saying go the next day to pick up my order, why would I want to get my order a day after I placed it. I declined and I just said I want a refund I don’t want the sandwich anymore and I still have not received the refund its not even about the money its about the fact they will do everything they can to not refund you when I literally never got the order. This happened on 11/26 and its not 12/6 and I haven't received it. I would've gave this subway my service again but the way they are handling this makes me never want to ever come back here.
Don’t bother getting a job here. You’ll get hired very quickly and then in less than a week you’ll get completely ghosted during said training week. Barely lasted 5 days before I never got scheduled again, aka I was fired. Incredibly unprofessional and this happened a few months ago now but I’m still appalled at how I was treated.

The reason why I gave them 5 stars across today I went there and got the best wrap I've ever gotten .the food was fresh the service on point and the music was good I sat down and ate and enjoyed the atmosphere and music .next time I'm around this will be my go to subways .

I got there at 8:20pm and the door was locked and the sign was off but there was still bread in the oven so there was no reason for them to be closed and this has happened multiple times even though they say they’re open until 9 online and on the door and this has happened multiple times

I got a turkey and pepperoni sandwich the other day, and got food poisoning! I was throwing up so bad that i passed out from not being able to breathe while throwing up! My body was desperately trying to purge it out my system it’s the only thing I ate so I know it was the sandwich. I’m pissed cause the sandwich was absolutely delicious. Still squatting and gocking at the moment. Meat must have been old or there was special ingredients in there ?

I usually come here because theirs usually always friendly people here. But after today I don’t think I’ll be back. Their was a girl wit the nose pricing she kept swearing like a sailer and the other one looked like she rolled out of bed not presentable at all. I went to grab a cup with my sandwich she said no it’s not working I said ok a bottled soda it was warm. I asked the lady I said which end is which she said I Duno. I sat down didn’t even finish my first half the way they were talking about peoples orders was unacceptable. Both of them said “ all modifications yea ok how about none and continued to laugh” I got up threw my sandwich away and left. Never again
