I don't know what the portion size for their bowls are but it is not it here. Paid $24 and change for a extra grilled chicken bowl with full add ons of bacon, pepperoni, guac and all the veggies besides onions or olives and my bowl still had room to shake. For context the Subway on Smith St had loaded my bowl to where the contents were touching the lid...on a regular order. Definitely don't recommend ordering online from here and to make the short drive to Smith St one where so far they've been fair and generous for the amount you pay.

This was one of the 1st Subway locations in RI, which I've been visiting since my college days in the 1980's. Was always a great value but they have really started to cut corners...sandwiches have shrunk in size, coupons have been discontinued, staff has been reduced to often just one employee working alone, even at busy times. With food prices soaring, this new attitude is going to be the demise of a great Subway location. Hopefully the company gives this owner a wakeup call before it's too late.

Roseanne is the sweetest and most accommodating person!! Super helpful and makes my subway experience perfect!!! I go to this subway when there are other ones closer to me just because of the friendly atmosphere!! :) thank you Roseanne!!

Online order which I attempted to call to correct but phone just rings. I get there and let owner/manager know and he laughs and says he had phone disconnected. I asked about remaking one of my three footlongs and he laughed, stating sorry it is already made but I can sell you another sandwich. In the 4 footling sandwiches that I purchased there may have been enough ingredients for 1 footlong combined

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered DoorDash to my job, the order arrived with UNcooked bacon on it and no cheese when I paid for extra cheese. I can’t eat the sandwich because the meat is raw and I can’t leave work to go get the issue fixed. I’ve tried calling the store 9 times and no one answers the phone. Absolutely pathetic.
Worst Subway ever!!! They very rarely make your food right, and they don't take any of the national coupons that the company sends you. Like how do you not take national promotion coupons from YOUR OWN COMPANY. Absolutely ridiculous, not worth spending a dime at this terrible location.
Ever since the new owner took over this place, the food, the service, and everything about this place went downhill. Half the time, the people who are working do not wear gloves or hair nets, and there was this one time the woman who was making my sandwich was outright drunk. I was shocked and disgusted by this place. Ever since I never came back here again,

They seem to always be out of something when you go there. I ordered a Subway Club.. but they had no Roast Beef. There have been times they were out of Tuna, Meat Balls etc ..
Service on mineral spring was great along with the sandwiches!! Will be back again!!
If the store closes at 9pm, why am I here at 7pm and nobody is here and the stores closed??
