POOR SERVICE! i was not asked if i was staying there or leaving with it, i assumed the sundaes would be in to go cups, when they gave me 2 of my sundaes in a bowl i brought it to the staffs attention that they should be in to go cups, the staff blamed me for not asking for them to go.
IT STATES NO WHERE AT THE WINDOW ASK FOR TO GO CUPS.Then The shift manager told me its my fault and handed me the worst made sudaes, they took the sundaes that were already made in a bowl and stuffed it in a cup, when i tried to ask for new sundaes i was told it was a waste and they couldn't throw out that much icecream it was 4 scoups to make a customer satisfied and they refused then closed the window in my face, when i asked to speak to a manager she said i can call tomorrow or write a review, i never write reviews its not gonna get me a refund but i want the public to be aware of the service it was a horrible experience and a waste of money!!!

Summer peach and black raspberry. Love it!

The ice cream is mid, I ordered black raspberry and it was frostbitten. The service is poor, they do not know their own menu and are not helpful if you have any questions. The girl was on speakerphone while I was ordering. They have very weak trays which do not accommodate large orders. Overall, I would just drive the extra 10 minutes and go to Lincoln Creamery where the ice cream and service are wayyyy better. But at least there was no line here.

Cute local ice cream place that service hard & soft ice cream as well as frozen lemonade. Two things you should be aware of before going: 1 they are more expensive then other places and they charge between $1.16 - $1.62 per topping including whip cream and cherries. #2 they have limited staff, so be prepared to wait. There are usually 1 or 2 people working, but I've never been when there isn't a line, so it can take a while.

Witnessed very rude & inappropriate behavior on behalf of female employee who refused to serve someone ice cream. Customer in store said he has a mild wheat allergy and was ok with a little cross contamination as would only at worst cause him some hives. Don’t think server should assert her own discretion as to what a customer can or can’t have. Very odd & very awkward. Server making rude faces. Would NOT recommend this place.

I always come here a lot because I live nearby. This one time really makes me consider coming back. I paid for 3 different icecreams and received 2. The one I didn’t receive I go ask about it and say I didn’t receive it. The young lady then proceeds to say she already made it and I already received it. I explain to her that I was not the one who she gave it to and I did not receive the icecream. She then says I already made the icecream and implies I am doing it to receive a free icecream. I have enough money to buy icecream and I am here with my kids. I know whether or not my kids are eating icecream. The service is great while paying but the system of saying the number and sometimes not saying the number doesn’t work because people take other icecreams and the people who actually pay for their icecream are accused of being scummy and receive rude service.

EDIT: After the response from owner , I will give this place 4 stars. I love coming here but being accused and given rude service isn’t right because someone else took my icecream. I did receive the icecream from another worker and the lady from the payment system was very nice and icecream is of good quality.

Whatever ice cream the new owners are using is very delicious! Workers always have a smile on their face and are very friendly and courteous. And the best part about this place is the FREE PUP CUPS! They are a cup of whipped cream topped with peanut butter sauce and a little dog bone. Our dog loves them which validates my reason for having to go here at least once a weekend ?

Old school ice cream shop. Ton of different flavors, you could get either soft serve or hand scooped. They had so many different toppings you could add on as well.

It takes alot for me to want to leave a bad review, but sweet licks has gone down the hill. I ordered 6 small ice creams today for my family. 4 small hard ice creams in a cup, 1 small soft serve In a cup and a small soft serve in a cone. I received my small soft serve and small hard ice cream at the same time only to be given 2 different size cups. So I asked if my Hard ice cream was a small or maybe they messed up. She tells me it's a small. I said, but this is a small, pointing to the soft serve. The girl said yea I know and tried to explain why it was a different size, but couldn't come up with a good answer and then asked me if she wanted to ring me up for another scoop. I laughed and said no. Why the hell is the small hard ice cream the size of a SAMPLE CUP. The size of kiddie size ice cream??? Why isnt it the same freaking size as the soft ice cream??? Why did I pay $5 something for a sample cup???? I gave a $3 tip to the girls on top of it. Which this isn't their fault, they were trained to offer this mess. You will lose customers in the neighborhood before you know it. Especially when an ice cream shop that offers the proper sizes is 5 min away. And I was complaining about the toppings price being $1.62, until that tiny cup came out. Unbelievable. I paid $45 for samples.Since I can't reply to response back, I have to edit my review.I take my children to get ice cream from a few local ice cream shops, and not one serves their small in a tiny sample cup. They of course put one scoop, but that one scoop will always be inside that typical small cup. Never in a sample cup. You can see it's one scoop and that's fine. I'm not complaining over the one scoop, that's expected, if i wanted 2 scoops I would have asked for it. Your young crew is only doing what they were trained to do. Other than their eye rolling towads customers, they were fine.I can't imagine other customers won't give you a hard time seeing the size of that cup when asking for a small. That's an embarrassment. When someone is paying over $5 for an ice cream, plus almost $2 for one topping, and then get handed a tiny cup where you can can't even put toppings on the icecream without it falling off, it's wrong and it's a joke. I've been told many times Sweet licks was too expensive, but still wanted to give my local ice cream shop business. Now I see what they meant.

I adore this little ice cream shoppe! Even more so since it's been reclaimed by a local veteran family. They make a point to support local brands - like Warwick Creamery. I'm a fan of the Oreo flavor, my kiddo is a Pistachio lover and my husband likes a Banana split. I found everything to be quite generous. Prices are reflective of the premium brands.
