The worst service. Terrible experiences. This is not the first not even 4th time this has happened. This time I even added extra things ((I paid for…)) because they never put enough ingredients. and always miss something.

I ordered my smoothie about 30 minutes before the place close after 20 minutes. I tried to knock On the door and called no one came out and I was not giving a refund for my smoothies. What kind of place closes 30 minutes and still allow orders to be processed.

I tried to place an order on your app at 930 and I wasn't able to.. i was trying to be kind because i know youre closing soon.. I rushed to get here from seekonk And I make it within 5 minutes, and your doors are locked. I wouldn't care but it's been hard for me to eat and this is the only late night smoothie place open. Stop hiring lazy kids. It's so frustrating nothing is ran well anymore.. I work in food, I get it. It's a freaking smoothie.

Such slow service. No sense of urgency. Takes 10 minutes for them to put a straw in the bag.

Horrible service I was sitting there for 15 minutes straight and no one even of informed me my drink was made. Everyone’s too busy conversation with each other and doing whatever they chose to do with no care for the customers time or patients.

I always get tropical smoothie have never had any issues but today I picked up a 11 dollar chia oatmeal bowl from this location and there’s NO OATMEAL what so over just a Bowl of delicious fruit and granola under a and surrounded by this disgusting chunky white very unsatisfied with todays experience apparently someone in the kitchen needs to learn what a chia oatmeal bowl is

Unfortunately, this place is getting worse by the minute, you put in an order through the app and go to pick it up and you still have to wait more than 10 minutes. The smoothies are like slushy. They don't blend them good at all come on, we are not paying $5.00 bucks for these things. I used to love going here now every time I go is a headache.

Went in at 6:44 I waited 8 minutes before anybody acknowledge me. I was at the register, waiting for someone to take my order. I finally said something after 8 mins i said are you guys gonna take my order? The girls stated she had no idea I was trying to place an order no communication whatsoever. Between the coworkers.
