Great experience all around I had a great staff member named Shay who was beyond helpful with telling me what each smoothie was and the different boosts/shots they offer , this was my first experience at this place and I can't wait to come back! Thank you again to Shay for all her wonderful help 🙏

Just moved to Providence (woohoo!) so happy to have a Tropical Smoothie nearby. The girls here are super sweet. Food and smoothies prepped quickly. Kayla is great. They all are. 🙃

Its a modern hippy place with soulless staff members who are painfully slow in getting anything done. But at least the drinks are good.

Went here for an açaí bowl, walked in while 4 girls are standing there doing nothing, no greeting no nothing after 4 mins my friend and i walked out.. two girls were just leaning on the table in the back very rude very unfriendly, if you don’t like your job get a new one..

Wish I could do zero stars for the horrible customer service offered at this location! Waited at the counter for over 5 minutes while the staff(bunch of kids) chit chatted with one another , tasted food . When finally I think someone is finally taking my order she interrupts me mid sentence and tells me to wait there I stood for another while until eventually someone ended their chit chatting me session and decided to actually work. A huge amount of customer service training is needed at this location. Never again.

I think this is actually the worst experience I’ve ever had going anywhere. Stood at the front of a very long line for about 15 minutes while one staff member was sweeping and the other two were in the back talking. It got to the point where the customer behind me had to ask if they were taking orders. Someone came to the front took our order and we waited another 15 minutes for 2 smoothies, not to mention both smoothies had absolutely no flavor at all and were completely solid couldn’t even drink it. The line was beyond long the service was beyond slow and one girl was just sweeping around us throwing dirt around. I work in the food industry and at no point should a worker be sweeping near customers. Beyond slow service, rude and horrible smoothies complete waste of money

The first time I ordered here during the day it was great but all the other times I've ordered since at night have been bad. Forgot the Nutella in my bowl, stuff was poorly and sloppy place as well. I do online orders for pick up and they never put it out on the pick up shelf. I have to sit there and wait for them to ask me if I'm picking up my order. Sometimes I waited almost 15 minutes and my order was done but nobody acknowledged my existence, which would be fine if they just put pick up orders on the pick up order shelves, but they don't. It's also kinda expensive for what it is they aren't exactly using the highest quality ingredients. I would maybe order here if they aren't busy but wouldn't do it during the night at peak times.

Great place for an affordable combination of food and smoothies. Staff is always nice and welcoming. No brainer to sign up for the rewards program and you can edit the smoothie options to make things Keto friendly if you're on that diet. Just wish management would keep up with the emails after they replied LOL.

The service is very slow and unprofessional. Maya the manager has an horrible attitude and seems to only care about “online orders” considering with those you don’t have to deal with too much face to face interaction. This store should be ONLINE ORDER ONLY.

I am new in town thought of visiting this place. Employees were super rude she smashed my order on desk. And did not put chia seeds then when asked she said juice person must be having. Crazzzyy!!

Berry has bad smell too.

The worst service. Terrible experiences. This is not the first not even 4th time this has happened. This time I even added extra things ((I paid for…)) because they never put enough ingredients. and always miss something.
