A lot of flavors for soft serve over all a lot of tasty options only takes cash

Ice cream was just ok. But worst part was we found a hair halfway through eating our ice cream. I know it happens but I went back to the counter to mention it and the girl didn’t offer to replace or refund the ice cream. Only said sorry and that’s it. My wife whose ice cream it was, was not very pleased. Will not be back.

They only take cash. Possibly could increase business if they had the ability to accept debt cards and opened at 10 am and closed at 8 pm.

Not that it matters, I think they should be open year round.

The sundae was great and the server was excellent, but they wanted cash! I have to take a couple of stars off for that; it must be a real hassle and safety concern for their lovely staff! They were able to take CashApp, so I was able to get what I wanted, but we're in the '20s, so these cash places are a real worry.

This is my local and most preferred ice cream location. The service and atmosphere are great, but throughout my almost 2 months of coming here. There is a big concern, and that is “the consistency” of the service they provide.

I always get the “Brownie Sundae”! Always! When the owner (very nice lady) serves it, it’s great! 2-3 decent scoops of vanilla ice cream and 3 pieces of brownie. BUUUUUUT! When the other employees attend me, they either put 2 to 1/near no brownies at all, it’s ridiculous. I thought maybe they got packed with customers, but it’s been 4, and i say again, 4!!! Times in a row that I have gotten only 1 to even HALF a brownie in the bottom of the so called “BROWNIE SUNDAE”!

It saddens me a lot, this is my favorite ice cream place, but like i said, there is no consistency here with the employees… i would hate to stop coming here, but I am running out of patience….

Next time I will take a photo of the “BROWNIE SUNDAE”, if i ever do come back again….

Ordered a banana split with 3 different flavors and toppings. I received a dish of ice cream, no bananas, wrong flavor, and one topping.
I brought it back to the window and the girl begrudgingly fixed it. ??‍♂️

Some of the best ice cream I have ever had they treat me and my family so nicely and the ice cream is great good prices
