The nutrients, the flavor and the value can not be beat. Consider this your only healthy fast food option. And the cleanest place you will find. I applaud Vicki for always coming up with new protein dishes each week; I cant wait until Saturday mornings to see what she's planned for the week ahead. I find myself checking the menu even if I didn't plan on ordering...just in case. The days that mashed cauliflower is on the menu, I can't help myself, it's a must...

Professionally run establishment! Beautiful layout and bright and welcoming when you walk in! I’m beyond impressed and satisfied with this business! Owners and management are awesome and responsive! Try to find yourself a better option for a meal prep kitchen with this kind of service… and you won’t be able too! VP meals has a chance to actually take over the Ocean State as the #1 meal prep kitchen in the state! Bye bye competition!
