Drift in here every month or so and for the 2nd time in a row, I got the same bartender who, I think, doubles as a manager. She is friendly and quick. And importantly, when i leave, I don't expect to find an extra beer added to my tab as has been the case twice before. The burger was yummy and I only needed 5 napkins! I expect to wander in a month or so, and with any luck, will draw the same bartender

Waited an hour for my food standing there for them to tell me that they gave it away to the wrong person. Very disappointed. Wasted my night. Don't recommend
01/30/26 I arrived through the doors at 1:58pm and walked out at 2:08pm no hostest, waitress just staring at you as they walk through the restaurant. Not a single person said 1 min. I counted 6 total customers from my view point. This place is so busy. Probably the last time I attempt to come to that restaurant let alone any other buffalo wild wings. 1 less customer surely won't hurt this restaurant.

Literally stood in front for over 20 minutes and not a single employee ever came up to me. They all just looked and walked away. Absolutely terrible just walked out.

Terrible service. Takes for ever to get a takeout order. No one greets you or apologizes that they were 20 minutes late. Not the first time that this has happened here.

Jackie our server was amazing!
She was a pleasure to have very respectful and talkative. She seems to be one of very few that cares about the customers and ensures the customer is taken care of!
We were a party of 10 and she did amazing!

The food here is pretty good and I enjoy dining in. However, due to my schedule, I mostly order to-go. The difference is night and day. Not sure who works to-go orders, but 90% of the time my order is incorrect, missing items, or food is poor quality. Staff need serious retraining when it comes to to-go orders.

Ordered take out. They must've run out of a sauce offered on their website. Instead of just giving 10 of the first sauce they didnt give us 5 wings at all.

There’s no way this place changes their oil
Order for pick up and food wasn’t ready for a half hour after the time we were giving. Food was somehow still cold even though we waited all that time for it to be cooked. Haven’t had food from here in years and probably will never go back to this location only because we were given nothing for the inconvenience, an apology would’ve been nice. Place was dead for a Friday night, no excuse for the wait

I just ordered take out was told to be there for 6:40, got there for 6:45 and waited until 7:08 to get my food. All of it was cold so I’m confused as to what took so long
Every time I come to this place I continue to be disappointed. I’ve been waiting in the take-out area for 20 minutes and haven been approached once. It’s very close to home which brings me back but I’d rather just drive the extra 20 minutes rather than waiting.

Put in an online pick up order. Says pick up at 10:20. I go there and wait for another 15 mins and no one shows at the front desk. I walk in and ask for a cancellation and manager goes in brings the food. Fries were cold and chicken wrap was too.
