Waited 30 minutes to be.seated on a Tuesday.. no one acknowledged we were there. We just left. Horrible service.

I never have order from this location before but I will not be returning . They completely messed up a simple hamburger order . I called in and requested an all Meehan burger ketchup and mayo on the side with no bun that is it . I order a water .. also did not receive it . I did not receive silverware on my takeout order .. I had to go back in and request everything I asked for initially.

Placed a takeout order online. It wasn’t ready until more than 20 minutes after the time I had scheduled ahead for. I got home and realized my order was missing all of the sauces and drinks. I was specifically told the drinks and sauces were in the bag before leaving the restaurant. I called to complain and the boy that answered the phone sounded high and hung up on me when he tried to put me on hold. The only solution offered was for me to go back and pick up the items they forgot. It’s unreasonable to expect a customer to go out of their way to fix YOUR mistake.

Just picked up my dinner for the Sunday night football game and the food was absolutely horrible. I had stopped ordering wings from this location because the quality of the food is lacking, but I was in a pinch and needed to get wings before the game started. I usually drive into Providence and pick up wings but against my better judgement, I went to BDubs.The wings were so dry and the skin on the chicken was very tough and hard to chew. I suspect the wings were fried earlier in the day and kept in a warmer. In addition to the wings being dry, there wasn’t any seasoning on my lemon pepper wings (another sign that they weren’t fried fresh for my order). Also, the fries were so old they were shriveled up and dry. Thankfully, my husband ordered tater tots with his meal, they were the only saving grace for this meal. I really want this to be our wing spot (they’re re 5 mins from my house) but every time I order, I’m always disappointed with the food. My husband tells me we should just eat inside but I think the food should be of the same quality whether I dine in or take out.

Service was fairly prompt, but we ordered take out.
We ordered simple meals, full wings & a burger, fries as sides. Wings were so dry & over cooked. Fries ok. Definitely could’ve had a better burger at home. The bill was $33.46. It’s places like this, that make you realize how much money you waste on garbage. Go somewhere better, or make it at home.

This is a great Buffalo Wild Wings spot and there's no better spot to watch a game. Drinks and great food for munching on while you watch the game.

If you are there for the game the slower service post covid isn't an issue as you're planning to be there for some time anyways.

Staff seemed overwhelmed, food was barely edible. Traditional wings were dry, boneless wings overcooked, both looked like they were tossed in the to-go box and sauce was just dumped on them, fries seemed like they had been sitting under the heating lights for a while, no marina with mozzarella sticks, no marina on chicken parm sandwich, completely underwhelming overall.

Went there for dinner. For the past few times we’ve been it’s been the same experience. Idk if they changed their sauces or what but we ordered original buffalo and what we got was something much much hotter! We always get the same thing. Today we both got sick almost immediately after eating. We didn’t eat even half and threw up before we even left there and multiple times after leaving. Will not be returning anytime soon

I’ve been there a few times but unfortunately I won’t be going back. I was served RAW chicken. The sever was very nice about it and took it off the bill. I never ever would expect to see a bug (looked like a roach or something very similar) crawling on the booth where we were sitting and eating. gross 🤮
