Buffalo Wild Wings

Does anyone from this restaurant read these? Walked in 1145. After a couple min someone walked up mad because we were there…. Sat us… place was empty. Waited 10 min no one came over or anything. Place is going to go out of business. Ended up at roadhouse next door and was awesome…

Consistently gets about 75% of orders wrong. Last time, I called and spoke to the manager who said she'd send a gift card for the dollar amount that wasn't delivered. It never came.

Tonight, I'm missing 25% of my order. The kitchen, and apparently the manager, just does not care. Won't be ordering from them or going to the bar again.

Based on everyone else's reviews & the avg.review score - they should just shut this one down already.

Tables were dirty. Server was polite and efficient. Food was not hot and was unimpressive.

Came on 05/11/2025 (Mothers Day), with my husband and 3 sons. Nobody greeted us, we waited a while to be seated. When my husband saw approached a worker he decided to seat us down. After they brought us food that didn’t belong to us. It belonged to another table. Then when the food came, it seemed my food was forgotten so had to wait another while for that.

If I could have put 0 stars I would have. Hot take out the wings were the smallest chicken wings I’ve ever seen, dried up and freezing cold.

It isn't the staff's fault the service is slow, it's management's. I think there were 2 or 3 servers and a bartender for the whole joint. I stood alone in the front for 5 minutes before a host showed up to seat me. By the time I got my food it was cold. And I'm not sure if the bartender has ever poured beer there was so much foam in the glass.

And this was a Wednesday night. It isn't like prime time. I can only imagine how it gets on a weekend or during a Finals game or UFC event.

Came in tonight with my family. After ordering our food, it took close to an hour to get our food. This store focused more on takeout orders over the patrons in the actual establishment. Mike, our waiter was very pleasant and took very good care of us!! Next time my family decides on BWW and we're in this area, we will order takeout!!

People always complain about something lol!! My experience was amazing the food was delicious and our waitress Michael I think is his name he was awesome super friendly and always asking if everything was okay! Absolutely love my experience:)

I guess they can't afford to turn on the heat? I mean, everyone in there was wearing a sweatshirt or coat. Service was incredibly slow. The food arrived hot at least.

Amazing, tasty, great service, great food!
Pretzel bites, mozzarella sticks. Salt and vinegar and garlic Parm boneless wings are to die for!

The service was garbage. Waited at the entrance for 20 mins before someone came to seat us. Then sat for another 15 mins before the server came to get our drinks. Took 15 mins for our drinks (sodas) to come. All in all we were there for almost 2 hours with the server only making an appearance 3 times. The place wasn’t busy, it was half empty. I won’t be going back to this BWW.
