I have never complained about a restaurant online until today, but this place deserves it.Absolutely a terrible establishment. We waited over TWO HOURS for food and never received it. We first ordered and then waited 80 minutes until our lovely waitress (who could never be found) decided to grace us with her presence to say "Hey, you guys ordered food, right?". So that's the level of organization they have going on in the kitchen every single night. Really professional. She then proceeded to tell us the computer magically lost our ticket order and shed "check on that". Note: they tell you this because they forgot to put it in and/or lost your order. Its not the computer. Theyre just lying and think everyone else is as dumb as the staff here. We then waited another 40 minutes and, after waiting OVER TWO HOURS for two individual orders of wings, we found our server and told her we were leaving. She then gave us a dirty look and followed with "well it's not MY fault it's slow". Genius!!DO NOT GO HERE. YOU WILL WAIT HOURS FOR YOUR FOOD AND THEY'LL DO NOTHING BUT MAKE EXCUSES. RHODE ISLAND HAS BETTER WINGS FOR CHEAPER AND FASTER.I can't wait to get a robotic reply from the owner saying they're "very sorry" and to enter the survey on their website - that's clearly all they're capable of doing, because managing an efficient kitchen and training competent servers sure isn't in their abilities.

3/28/24 Ordered pickup at 7:30 pm. Said it would be ready for 8. Arrive a little after 8. Not ready said it will be ready in 5-10 mins. Didn’t get my food until after 9pm. RIDICULOUS!!!

First, we when entering the restaurant there was no hostess. We waited 15 minutes just for her to appear at the door. Please note that there was about 5 tables in the entire restaurant with guest at them. Once we got seated we were greeted by June, our waitress... Although the hostess said our waitress would be Stephanie. We ordered 2 drinks, and appetizer sampler and fried pickles to start. It took about 10 minutes just to get our drink. Once the appetizers came out the sampler was cold, we never received fried pickles, however she gave us a bowl of reg. pickles when we asked when the fried pickles would be out. We received our plates for the sampler about ten minutes after she served the sampler. My fiance ordered a cheeseburger and I ordered the taco briskets ... We waited another 40 minutes for our food. Again the food was ice cold and ironically burnt. I got fries with mine although i was suppose to get chips and salsa. I did not eat them... She never checked in on us nor did she even ask if I wanted another drink. We will never go here again as it was a huge disappointment and the wait staff sucks. I would have asked for the items we didnt eat to get taken off the check , but again we sat there for 30 minutes and I did not have the patience to wait any longer to speak to a manager. This is completely terrible service for a restaurant with 5 families in it. I couldnt imagine how long things would be if you guys were actually busy.

I ordered a smash burger with pickles, sautéed onion ( because there was one onion sliver and cheese) with pickle slivers no taste . I am 63 years old and this is my first complaint on any restaurant ! All though the salt and vinegar potato wedges were awesome ! So disappointed !

This place is garbage. Extremely, insultingly long wait times for food, whether ordered ahead of time or in store. Always luke warm at best when you do get it. Honestly surprised how they have been able to stay open this long. Seems like they can't afford to pay their staff because its like they have 2 terrible cooks, and tiny kitchen with nowhere near enough equipment to support their volume. Straight trash management.
This BWW though "possibly " shorthanded? (The manager was pulled into line cook support), saved my visit because the bartender who was serving tables around the bar as well, was outstanding! I base that opinion on 25 years of restaurant management experience. She was friendly, kmowledgable and HUSTLED! I left the restaurant business primarily because of the staffing issues/quality pre Covid but if I had a staff of her clones it would be an honor and a pleasure to manage that staff. Stephanie is her name and having just bought a house nearby, she has added a regular customer that previously was a lukewarm fan of BWW. To the manager on duty, I truly feel your pain but you had a great guest facing representative in Stephanie while you labored in the back of the house.
