“Julio who was stationed on front lobby was awesome! He was attentive to every customer and dealt with a ton of yelling and customer issues from both back and front of house. Guy never lost a beat and was actively tracking all of his peoples orders. A+++ bro all day. Best employee of any restaurant I’ve seen in a while. A smile and good attitude under pressure! “Sometimes they have issues like lack of change or card reader but the staff works with what they have. They always put a sign up so it's not a surprise. My order is always right compared to other locations. Staff are also kind when I speak with them at the window. Sometimes I have a hard time understanding one or two staff members, but they never give push back when I ask for clarity or to have something repeated. There have also been once or twice where staff have gone above and beyond to fix an order or to acknowledge that I am a regular. It's unique in a local place type of way. I know what to expect when I order there at the drive-thru.“

“Went on Christmas and although the wait was a little longer than expected the guys working were very nice and while we waited made sure we were still updated and even after the food came out made sure our food was good and asked if we needed anything.“

“It's great to see the Xo Bar open again! It was always one of our top lounges to go to back in the early 2000s! Now its even better with the new hang out lounge area! It's so hard to find a nice place with cozy couches in RI. It has a great set up and friendly service! We will be back!!“

“I'd say definitely come try this place at least once. It was fun to order inside and experience the mobile diner that has been around since 1893. Inside there are photos of movies and shows that have featured the diner, which was fun to see.

It wasn't the best burger I've ever had, but it was big and was good. We had the Original and the After Dark. The Haven style fries were good! My kids really liked the fried dough and churros. Would recommend it for the experience.“

“I've had veal parm both pink and regular, sliders, daily breads, caesar salad, chicken parm, buffalo tenders, steak and cheese egg rolls. Everything is delicious. They let you substitute mashed, salad or vegetable for fries but I wish they had onion rings. A+++!“

“Extremely friendly staff seems to be a small family run business ordered chicken Parm grinder. It was absolutely delicious.! Cooked perfectly and believe it or not just the right amount of messy lol which is difficult to achieve haha. Not to mention excellent prices, the bill was less than $12 for a good size sandwich 20 ounce soda and a bag of chips Will definitely be coming back thank you so much!“

“Can’t be summed up in a sentence. This instantly became THE food spot. I would be wasting money getting food out anywhere else when I could just hold out for this chicken, and the meat pies that are an essential must try for everyone anyone who stops here. The pies are a solid snack and super reasonable or with a 6 piece that’s a good affordable meal. All the menu items are priced fairly for what you get compared to other places that don’t deliver the same quality. It’s just good people there too. Open late. Only go here, nowhere else has this at any time of the day and they’re open late.“

He corrected everything even though Burger King's menu needs to be streamlined because you think you're getting a combination and then you find out. No, you're not. “I am a regular at S&L. I recently had my sister’s surprise birthday party here. It was PERFECT!! Ethan was absolutely amazing. He is perfection behind the bar. But he also runs around making sure all patrons are happy and taken care of. He strives to give his customers an amazing experience. S&L is lucky to have someone like Ethan.
