Don't eat here! The coffee looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. Then I ordered two eggs over medium. And after a long wait for the food I received two eggs that were the runniest I've ever seen. With pieces of the egg white floating all through the yoke. It was the consistency of watery soup. To top it all off the manager proceeded to argue with me and informed me that's how medium eggs are supposed to be. Not sure what planet she's from but here on earth over medium eggs are not runny and the whites are fully cooked. Unbelievably miserable experience. I only wish I had taken a picture. Don't waste your time and money at this joint.

Brutal Performance at beakfast today!!My party of 5 arrived just before 10 am and finally could leave at 11:30. The wait to get in wasnt so bad, if they claim to be short handed and really busy. But the wait to get served was even longer!! We only got 4 paper bags of utensils, and zero napkins. I walked up to the counter and had to get them myself after the food finally showed up. 4 adults and 1 child, guess whos drink they didnt have when they finally showed up?(u guessed it..7 year old) when the food finally showed up..guess whos food she forgot in the kitchen?( u guessed it again..7 year old has to wait while everyone else is eating). The girl NEVER came back to my table again..not once...after her and her helper dropped off the food. I did the rest...got napkins, silverware so the 5th member of my party could eat. I never saw the girl for my free refills of my $4 cup of coffee and she never left the $90 check for breakfast for a party of 4 adults and 1 child, i had to go the counter and ask for it again, after she never brought it to me when i approached the counter the first time and asked. This was my first time eating at a Dennys in a very long time. NEVER AGAIN. With those prices and that service, how have you stayed in business?? I almost hesitated in leaving a tip...worst breakfast experience i have ever had.

Denny's has been my safe eatery whenever I go somewhere. However, this location in North Smithfield, Rhode Island was my first disappointment when it comes to the food. I ordered a mango smoothie that was served with ice chunks as if the ice was crushed with a mallet. And then I ordered a T-bone steak meal. What I got was not a T-bone steak. I told the waitress that what was on my plate was a steak, but not a T-bone steak. The waitress said that it was a T-bone steak. I could see it wasn't because it had no bone. But, I didn't feel the need to argue. Then she saw me examine the meat, she told me that it was her first day. That she would go to check with the kitchen staff because she was not sure. She went to check, came back and told me that it was not a T-bone steak. And that they ran out of T-bone steak. I thanked her for her honesty and ate my not-a-T-bone steak meal served with the mallet-crushed-ice-chunks mango smoothie.It might just be that I went there at the wrong time and ordered the wrong thing. I still trust the food at Denny's. But for this location, it was a miss. I hope it was an isolated case.Still, it was a disappointment.

Denny's has gone downhill since they reopened from Covid . My husband and I go there quite frequently but no more . Tables needed to be bussed . One couple walked out without ordering because of how long it took the waitress to take their order .Unfortunately,we had the same waitress . She took our drink orders and only brought my husband his . 20 minutes go by and FINALLY the manager comes to take our order and I finally got my drink order . My husband had a cold burger and warm soda . I was happy with my meal , even though it was my 2nd choice because they didn't have all the ingredients to make the strawberry shortcake pancakes . I still tipped even though we won't be back .

The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the staff seemed to be overwhelmed with a few customers. I had the all you can eat breakfast. It was ok at best. The pancakes was the highlight. Coffee was horrible. You get what you pay for. I might give them another try.

My man less then an hour after we ate my man was sick for two days throwing up and he almost went to urgent care cause of how much he threw up. Was ridiculous. Every thing seemed to be cooked but please be weary going to this place. This is second time this has happened NEVER GOING AGAIN. EVER . THE TABLES WERE NOT CLEAN ENOUGH CRUMBS ON THE SEATS , THE ICE TEA WAS MOSTLY WATER AND DIDN'T EVEN TASTE LIKE ICE TEA. ? I really really tried to think positively about this place but I just can't anymore. BE CAREFUL HERE.
Extremely racist workers. They got a white family's food before us when they were seated way after us. I spoke to the manager who also happens to be the cook and he kept telling us that "I'll take care of you guys." After waiting 2 hours we received cold food.

You can't get a simple egg breakfast unless you order all sides and it becomes ridiculously expensive.The very sweet waitress had me order the sides off the junior menu and brought the price back to reality.

New to the area and this place was very dirty. Floors were sticky as if they washed them in apple juice. We saw crayons on the floor near the checkout area that can cause serious falls. The specials were not advertised so we had to ask the waitress. Paula was very nice. If you don’t mind a filthy atmosphere, this is the place for you.
