The most inconsistent pizza place in the world. Last time we ordered, they got the order completely wrong. Tonight, Half our order showed up for delivery a half our past the estimated delivery time. Driver said he would go back and get the rest and after an hour waiting, my husband called to see what the issue was and that we would rather have a refund (the first part of the order arrived ICE cold) the manager rudely stated he could not refund due to rising costs and that the pizza would be on the way. It went straight in the trash after it was delivered almost 2 hours after being originally ordered. They offered a free pizza for our next purchase but I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog. We always order from the local pizza place but my kids were begging for dominoes, lesson learned.

Ordered a couple pizzas for delivery, Kid showed up and forgot one of the pizzas. Told me her was going to get it. I live 8 mins from Domino's. Waited 2 hrs, tried to get a refund on the that pizza and manger told me to pound sand. For being in a small town I wouldn't want to burn bridges but the 2.4 review tells you a lot.

Ordered delivery, got a buffalo chicken mac and cheese received just plain pasta. Called and spoke to a worker who said they could send out a new order I told them it was fine dont bother. They then told me next time I order I will receive a free pasta bowl along with a free medium pizza. I call a week later to order and tell them I would like to order my free medium pizza and pasta bowl. They said they had no comment in system saying they owed me anything. Told them I was nice enough to not have them come back out or refund me, person on phone said its not his problem he cant do anything about it. Wont be wasting my time ordering from here again. How is it my problem your worker didn’t put a note or comment in?

Been ordering for years. Was great up until recently. Almost every time my pizza is missing an ingredient or not well done. Final straw was I called to make sure my order wasn't messed up. They finally got the pizza right then proceeded to send cinnamon twists with marinara instead of garlic Parm bites... Didn't even give me the damn icing just cinnamon with marinara. Called to make it right they said they refunded to credits only to have a 15$ minimum per order.... Done with this I'ma cook no reason for this much incompetentce from the kitchen it's honestly baffling.

Love my domino's! Always fast, friendly, fresh and delicious! have never had an issue even when they made a mistake they were quick to fix and always kind !
This place is the absolute worst ! They shouldn’t be able to carry the dominos name. Food is ALWSYS COLD. They always forget half the order , and basic instructions for toppings are never followed. I already emailed corporate I hope others do the same
