Everytime I give this location a chance. Itās a Total failure! I am officially done with the North Smithfield dominos. Food was very late as always , food was cold, boxes looked they were sat on , and food was not only made incorrectly it was undercooked again! Iām putting a call into the health inspector tomorrow . No paying customer should ever have to go through this!

finnaly met a american guy tall glasses who works at smithield dominos seems like they got a good guy finaly very polite and accomadating before this place was going downhill fast!! those brazilian guys or something all sucked bad...this guy seems by far better ..keep it up dominos ....

If I could leave no stars I would. Do not order from here. Not only have they (Jay) screwed up almost every order weāve had they (Jay) have terrible customer service. When called and asked to make it right Jay told me it was ānot a big dealā. Her words not mine. Then she proceeded to hang up on us when we got upset. Just in case anyone is wondering her name is Jay!

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza, but the order was messed up and I was still charged for an appetizer I didnāt want. The when the order was went to be fixed, the pizza came back like this: smushed.

Absolutely terrible order accuracy, service, and the manager is a joke. Said my order was ready for pick up but when I arrived, they said they needed to remake it due to putting it in foil rather than a bread bowl. Ok fine, no big deal. I waited then brought the two bread bowls I ordered home. When I open them, they are both completely wrong. I decided to go back to the store and explained the situation. The manager, without a brief apology or any acknowledgment of the situation, starts going about his business. I get his attention to ask for a refund to which he replied they only give out store credit. Funny of him to assume I would want to go back to that establishment, especially as the so called āmanagerā had been coughing around the food he was preparing without covering his mouth. I understand itās a fast food chain, but cāmon do better. And no refunds on cards?? Why is that??
This location is consistently disappointing. Ordered a pan pizza with chicken and extra spinach... got a regular pizza with just a very weak amount of spinach, no chicken at all. Won't be ordering from this location again.

Placed an order Sunday the 12th and was told it would be ready @ noon. When I arrived I was told it would be a few minutes longer. A half hour later I was still waiting. When I asked how my order was doing along with 3 other customers I was told it wasnāt started yet and it would be 20-30 minutes at least. Totally unacceptable, worst Dominos experience ever. It will be sometime before placing an order there again. Very poor management there.

Order placed at 6:49 and it said 16min pickup. It is now 7:43 and get notification that pizzas are ready finally. Go in and missing one pizza. No apology or anything, they just leave my other pizzas sitting on counter to get cold while they make missing pizza. This is not the first time I have had to wait an extremely long time, way past time told but to miss a pizza and now have 8 cold pizzas while one cooks, too much. I am done with this Domino's pizza location, never ordering again!

The most inconsistent pizza place in the world. Last time we ordered, they got the order completely wrong. Tonight, Half our order showed up for delivery a half our past the estimated delivery time. Driver said he would go back and get the rest and after an hour waiting, my husband called to see what the issue was and that we would rather have a refund (the first part of the order arrived ICE cold) the manager rudely stated he could not refund due to rising costs and that the pizza would be on the way. It went straight in the trash after it was delivered almost 2 hours after being originally ordered. They offered a free pizza for our next purchase but I wouldnāt even feed this food to my dog. We always order from the local pizza place but my kids were begging for dominoes, lesson learned.

Ordered a couple pizzas for delivery, Kid showed up and forgot one of the pizzas. Told me her was going to get it. I live 8 mins from Domino's. Waited 2 hrs, tried to get a refund on the that pizza and manger told me to pound sand. For being in a small town I wouldn't want to burn bridges but the 2.4 review tells you a lot.
