Paid 8.50 for a sausage egg n cheese English muffin and an orange juice that was hurriedly slapped together by 1 employee. At McDonald’s next door I pay 6.50 for a spicy McMuffin and a smoothie and they have more than 1 employee
cheapskates would not give me a cup of ice unless I paid $0.55 even though I was going to make a purchase for the $6.00 deal. come on! how cheap can you get?!

8:15 a.m. and just stood in line for 10 minutes watching the lady wipe down equipment and tables and the other worker is sitting at a table eating her breakfast even though they just opened and when I asked to order a coffee the woman gave me attitude and was like yeah I'll be with you in a minute. Really because I just stood here for 10 minutes and nobody addressed me. Have to love that wonderful Woonsocket customer service. Needless to say I just walked out I wasn't going to sit there and continue to wait for her while she was too busy to help a customer.

I went to this Dunkin on March 25th 2024 around 2:30 PM and I give that exact time because I hope management sees this and takes action against the most unprofessional and incompetent person I've ever met. Not only did she get my order wrong twice but she charged me for something I didn't order. Will not be getting anything from this Dunkin anymore.

I order a Boston Creme Donut and they gave me the donut with no creme inside!?? I guess they forgot to fill them with creme.. But it was obviously noticeable because the donut was really light and skinny...
Cumberland hill dunkin has 1 employee that never screws up on my coffee.. her name us Lorraine I give her 5 stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The place itself depends on the day and whis working ..
