I went to this Dunkin on March 25th 2024 around 2:30 PM and I give that exact time because I hope management sees this and takes action against the most unprofessional and incompetent person I've ever met. Not only did she get my order wrong twice but she charged me for something I didn't order. Will not be getting anything from this Dunkin anymore.

Stood inside at counter for 5 minutes. Didn't acknowledge us or the customer behind us. Only paid attention to drive thru. No eye contact even. We all left. In fairness she was alone at 3pm but still should have said something to us.
