This is the only dunkins that sticks a card machine in your face at the drive thru for your debit card to get more tips it's so ridiculous no other dunkins does that!!

We went through the drive through just before 7pm on 3/21 and had an awful experience. The woman who took our order laughed loudly before greeting and continued laughing over my husband as he ordered. When we finished paying and were given our order, it was missing the cold foam my husband had asked for. He asked if it could be added, and the same woman who took our order very angrily told him that he needed to ask for it in the future. He tried to gently tell her he had, and she very angrily yelled at him that he didn’t and she had taken the order. It was completely inappropriate and scared our one year old that was in the car at the time.

I came in and made my order, the cashier (Anthony) put it in then told the only other employee that he was gonna take his break, and he clocked out. The other employee responded “I can’t use the drawers without you” Anthony just said “oh you should of told me” but didn’t stop from taking his break and sitting there at 5:40 rush time to let the other guy struggle.

I reached out to customer service a MONTH ago regarding a bad experience at this location and the lack of professionalism from the staff and management. I was told on 8/7 a refund was being put in the mail
 fast forward to 8/24 and guess what? No refund has been received. I have reached out to customer service multiple times and never even got a response back my last attempt regarding this. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB since Dunkin wants to keep my money and lie about an issued refund. Stay clear of this place, no managers on duty after 3pm and it’s ran by teenagers who don’t know what they’re doing or even know their own menu.

I am unsure of their names but the woman taking orders was so sweet and very understanding when taking our order. Also the young man at the window was very kind.This was on 6/9 around 1:30pm
