I come here every day before work and not one time are the hashbrowns good. Unfortunately, I still try to get them every time and they’re always hard and stale, and a lot of the times burnt. You would think they would be fresh in the morning.. sometimes the coffee is burnt too, and I waste it because it’s gross. I hate complaining, because mistakes happen we’re all human, but when it happens no word of a lie, every time! you start to get aggravated.

Go to this Dunkin every morning before work, all the employees are pleasant for the most part, but for some reason at least once a week they run out of sparkling water required for their refreshers. This has happened so frequently for the past few months I just don’t understand why they can’t order/be sent more? I’ll have to go to the Dunkin further away from now on

I am unsure of their names but the woman taking orders was so sweet and very understanding when taking our order. Also the young man at the window was very kind.This was on 6/9 around 1:30pm
