Lumberjack's Pizza

My pizzas was severely uncooked and I got food poisoning. Yall need a rebrand the quality for food has dropped over the last years. I grew up on this I’m so disappointed.

Absolutely rude and unprofessional “crew”. Pizza oven broken but yet they don’t inform
their customers who’ve been waiting for
an hour for ONE PIZZA. No one at the counter. The kid with glasses walked away mumbling under his breath. Will never go back and I don’t recommend it.

Garbage service, but if others are actually having good experiences here maybe they just don’t like me. I’ve lived up the street from this establishment for 15 years yet have only ordered a handful of times. Because they always, I mean ALWAYS botch it. From delivery showing up with half the order missing, ending up with a sandwich instead of a pizza, or what happened today where they straight up gave my carry out order to a different customer, then started slamming stuff around making my replacement order like it’s my fault. Needless to say I left hungry. This is my second time back by the way, after giving them a 5 year break. I guess they’re still playing the same games. No idea how this restaurant can maintain this level of incompetency through the years. Like can’t they just get a single good manager in there ever? Anyways scroll down a little past the shill reviews before you order from these clowns.

And no, I won’t reach out to your manager because you’re so sorry to hear of my poor experience. You know who I am, you have my number. If you want to make this right, you can reach out to me. I won’t hold my breath.

Definitley my favorite pizza around! Especially the Parmesan garlic crust which is must. We have always been very happy with the food here.

Order food from lumberjack's all the time via the toast app. I accidentally made a duplicate order. I first reached out to toast for a refund. Toast then said I need to reach out to location for a refund. I reached out to lumberjack's for help and they said I need to reach back out to toast for a refund and help. According to Toast it's a 1st party app meaning they don't see money at all, and the venue is supposed to handle all refunds .

I'm a little disappointed that Lumberjack's couldn't help me at all. No apologies no nothing but instead I got the run a around. Normally I have flawless service.

Awesome food and friendly service!

Lumberjacks Pizza and Weiners never disappoints. The pizza is always fresh and loaded with flavors . Staff is super friendly and the vibe is great. Highly recommend!

Convenient location…..although unless you are one of their delivery drivers, not much space to park and zip-in/out. Decent quality pizza (I am a pizza snob from NY, so I am tough to please). Surprisingly large area to eat in.

Recently discovered this place is 10 minutes from my house and it was a great find! Pizza is more than reasonably priced and the specialty ones are awesome! I've goiter the meat lovers and chicken bacon ranch both times and it's going to be hard to stray and try something else

We ordered ahead, food was perfectly ready on time, I was taken back how clean the place is and such friendly group of employees. The pizza was awesome.
