Theres an issue every time i visit this McDonald's. Horrible customer service, and sat in the drive through for almost 20 mins and once i got to the window my food sat there for another 5 mins while the drive through lady chatted with another coworker instead of handing out my food. Worst McDonald's around.

nothing but drug addicts working there who must not understand english because i can never get my order correctly. i have never once gotten my sauce when asked for not even when i pay for it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! the manager was so rude after I informed her that I watched one of her staff members spit in my food. Someone needs to call corporate immediately!!!

Pretty much have never had a positive experience at this location. I never leave negative reviews but today was the last staw. I said at the speaker that I had 2 mobile orders. After I said the first order #, the employee said the second order # for me, and I confirmed that was correct. Once I got to the window, they claimed they had no order with that number. I was accused of not saying the order # at the speaker and then was accused of not even placing an order. Even after showing my phone screen, they still claimed I never put in the order. After some scrambling around, they finally found it. I would have appreciated an apology instead of them acting like it was my fault. I'm attaching my receipt as proof that they did receive my order and payment on the app. I also was given a dr.pepper instead of a diet coke, and I asked for extra sauce on my chicken sandwich and was given even less than normal. Only thing edible from the order was the fries. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

I don't work for the company so when 2 employees get into a dispute, my name should not be involved and when I complained to the headquarters they told me because the dispute started between 2 employees then one of them should call and complain and that doesn't make sense, if my name got brought into it then I should have the right to complain about my name being brought into it when I have nothing to do with it
