Subway used to be a favorite sub shop of mine years ago. I don't visit there much these days. My recent experience with this location reminded me of why.

I had one of the worst experiences at a subway restaurant. The owner showed no respect for the customers. We had to order online and then show the owner the charge on our credit card. He was rude and even asked us to leave the store, suggesting we contact the company instead. I've never encountered customer service this bad. It seemed like all they cared about was collecting money, regardless of the quality of service. I will never visit this location again.
Good food
Ordered two footlong specials on the app but was having issues with the gift cards. So prior to finalizing the order I went in to ask for help. The worker was not able to assist which was fine we fixed the situation by using one of the two gift cards.
My sandwich came out fine but I honestly never check my food lol.
My wife on the other hand ordered sliced avocado and pepper jack cheese on her sandwich which she did not get and we paid extra for the avocado. The avocado was smeared not sliced and the cheese was 100% not pepper jack.
We were standing right there it would have been easy to say hey we don't have sliced even though the app offers it as a option only smeared. The cheese was wrong which shows the person who made the sandwich lacked attention to detail.
I honestly wonder what was wrong with my sandwich because I did not check but I will check next time.
Other then that place was clean and the sandwichs came out fast even if my wife's was wrong. Would like to have gotten what we paid for, ruined my wife's experience which then ruins my experiences because she gets upset and did not enjoy her meal at all.
Looks bigger inside than it is. Seating on both sides of front counter, 9 tables total. One high chair available. Separate men's and women's bathrooms, but they could use an update. Staff was friendly, quick, and efficient. They allowed us to use 2 coupons, which was nice.
Parking: Tight parking lot and hard to pull out on street again.

Libby made our sandwiches and did a fantastic job!! Food and service were even better than expected! Bathroom was in rough shape but is a very nice clean new subway and I would recommend!! The new footlong cookie was bready and chocolatey, very delicious! (And nut allergy friendly)

3 times this has happened I ask for oatmeal cookies an they give me chocolate chip. They have to be doing it on purpose.
I have been going to Park Square Subway since 2011 and have always been extremely satisfied. I have tried other sub shops but NONE can compare.

This girl name abury is so sweet at this subway, she made our order so fast for 3 sandwiches, shes so funny, and shes a good cook her sandwiches are so good KEEP HER HIRED.

Every online order we've placed here has been wrong. The most recent order (10/14/23), was very wrong after asking the employee if it was correct before I grabbed it (I even put in the special instructions section to make sure the order was correct). I called to let them know, and the employee that I talked to was rude and she sarcastically asked if I wanted the $2.00 from her purse before she hung up. Won't be ordering from here again and I'll be contacting headquarters to file a complaint. It's not hard to read instructions from an online order print out

I was there yesterday, I was just ordering when someone canceled their order because they had seen a cockroach on the counter right next to the food, obviously I also canceled my order and went as far away from there, they should have more cleaning and pest control!!! I only give it 5 stars hoping that they clean this place and I can return one day... and so that more customers who love Subway are careful with these types of restaurants, sometimes we get sick and we don't even know why! This is why!!!
